<div> 张小姐这两年每当月经来临，就备受困扰，心情非常烦躁，而且觉得下腹隐痛、下坠，腰骶部酸痛。她没有当回事，在经期疼痛时便买止痛药应付。前段时间在医院体检时，张小姐才知道折磨她3年之久的痛经，竟然是慢性盆腔炎的报警信号。专家指出，痛经有可能是患上慢性盆腔炎、子宫内膜异位等疾病的报警信号，千万不能掉以轻心。<br />
慢性盆腔炎是妇科临床常见的疾病，该病的表现轻重不一，轻者一般无症状，重者多有白带增多，轻度痛经、月经淋漓、下腹隐痛、小腹下坠、腹胀腹泻、里急后重、尿频尿热、腰骶酸痛、性交痛等。由于盆腔淤血，甚至会导致输卵管粘连阻塞而致不孕，因此需要引起人们的注意。</div>
<div> 子宫内膜异位症是在子宫腔以外其他部位所引起的一种病变。症状呈周期性发作，痛经为最常见的特征，疼痛于经前1~2天开始，经期第一天最为严重，经血干净后逐渐缓解以至消失。子宫内膜异位在盆腔内常引起生殖器官粘连和输卵管阻塞不通，从而导致不孕症，不孕的发病率高约75％，另外，由于异位的部位不同，还会出现性交痛、肠道症状及泌尿道症状。</div>
<div> 据了解，除了继发性疾病引起的痛经外，多数人的痛经都是原发性的。即女性在经期或行经期前后发生的下腹部疼痛，常伴随有恶心、呕吐、腹泻等，严重的可出现面色苍白、手脚冰冷、冷汗淋漓等症状，并伴随月经周期反复发作。</div>
<div> 如果原发性痛经，女性朋友可以采取如下护理方法：</div>
<div> 1.注意并讲究经期卫生，经前期及经期少吃生冷和辛辣等刺激性强的食物。</div>
<div> 2.消除对月经的紧张、恐惧心理，解除思想顾虑，心情要愉快。可以适当参加劳动和运动，但要注意休息。</div>
<div> 3.平时要加强体育锻炼，尤其是体质虚弱者。还应注意改善营养状态，并要积极治疗慢性疾病。</div>
<div> 4.疼痛发作时可对症处理，口服去痛片，也可服用阿托品片及安定片，都可缓解疼痛。另外，喝一些热的红糖姜水也会收到良好效果。 </div>
