<div> 我们都知道，宫颈若有病变，比如宫颈糜烂(它是宫颈慢性炎症的一种表现)，它的发生是因为细菌侵犯柱状上皮细胞，并潜藏在宫颈管内膜皱褶内，不易被清除所致。手术时极有可能发生感染。 <br />
医学上宫颈糜烂有轻、中、重三度之分，发生宫颈糜烂后一般都有白带增多，且常常是糜烂越重，阴道脓性分泌物越多。人工流产手术前常规要进行妇科检查，其目的之一就在于及时发现生殖系统有无急、慢性炎症。对于轻度和中度的宫颈糜烂，如果糜烂面不是颜色鲜红、充血明显或易出血，术前多不需要治疗。如果充血明显，术前可以使用0.05%的醋酸洗必泰液冲洗阴道3～5天，每天1～2次，冲洗后阴道内纳入一枚洗必泰栓或其他抗生素栓剂。经复查，宫颈炎症减轻后即可行人工流产术。如果发现宫颈糜烂面易出血，最常见的原因是宫颈炎症，极个别人可能是早期宫颈癌，因此应该常规做宫颈刮片，然后再使用上述药物消炎治疗，待炎症好转后再行手术。如果妇科检查时发现患者患有霉菌或滴虫感染，术前必须进行治疗。 <br />
发生重度宫颈糜烂，术前也必须进行治疗。一般来说，糜烂面越大，说明宫颈炎症越严重。人工流产手术时手术器械通过宫颈进入宫腔进行操作，如果术前不对重度宫颈糜烂进行治疗，就很有可能随手术器械将潜藏在宫颈管内的细菌带入宫腔。经过手术，宫腔内存在有手术创面，恰好为细菌的生长繁殖提供了有利条件，从而造成术后盆腔感染。另外，患重度宫颈糜烂时，宫颈糜烂面组织质脆易出血，手术过程中需要用宫颈钳钳夹宫颈组织以固定子宫，这就会造成糜烂面出血较多，并且宫颈钳容易滑脱，为手术带来困难。由此可见，人工流产手术前对重度宫颈糜烂进行治疗是非常必要的。可以用0.25%的碘伏溶液100～200毫升冲洗阴道，或用0.5%碘伏液宫颈擦洗，每天1～2次，连用3～5天，每次治疗后阴道内放入1枚抗菌药栓。经过治疗，会使糜烂面充血减轻，细菌受到抑制，对手术的顺利进行及术后的康复，减少并发症大有益处。 <br />
总之，上述治疗的目的在于减轻宫颈炎症，抑制局部细菌，防止手术引起的细菌上行感染；同时为手术的顺利进行创造条件。 因此检查宫颈是有必要的，因为它能大大减少人流手术后发生感染。多一份检查，多一份安心。<br />
