1，依据临床典型症状及体征，即可诊断。<br />
2．血象检查：白细胞总数及中性粒细胞均明显增高。<br />
3．探部肿物，应行局麻下穿刺，有助于脓肿的确诊。<br />
4．B超检查有助于确诊脓肿。<br />
[治疗]<br />
1．西医药治疗<br />
(1)早期患侧乳房应停止喂乳，同时用吸gS吸出乳汁。用乳罩托起乳房。<br />
(2)回乳蓟：口服已烯雌酚1-2mg，每日3次，或溴隐亭2．5mg，每日2-3次。也可肌注苯甲酸二醇，每日1次，每次2nmg。<br />
(3)局部热敷，或外敷鱼石脂油膏。<br />
(4)抗生素治疗：给予足量青霉素C。<br />
(5)脓肿形成：穿刺抽脓，抽脓后注入抗生素。或切开引流，引流要充分。如多个脓腔，应分开脓腔间隔，必要时采取多个切口的方法引流。<br />
(6)对症治疗：给予退热镇痛剂。<br />
1．中医药治疗<br />
(1)内治法<br />
①肝郁胃热(初期)：发热恶寒，乳房胀痛肿硬，乳汁不通，口干苦，时有呕逆，纳物不香，倦怠，苔薄黄或黄腻，脉弦数。 <br />
治法：疏肝清胃，通乳消肿。<br />
方药：柴胡10克、黄芩10克、半夏10克、牛蒡子10克、连翘15克、山栀10克、夏枯草15克、瓜婪15克、金银花30克、天花粉15克，当归15克、漏芦10克、王不留行10克。<br />
气郁胸闷者，加川楝于10克、枳壳10克。<br />
恶露未尽者，除山栀、夏枯草，加益母草30克、川芎10克。<br />
回乳加焦山楂10克、炒麦芽30克。<br />
乳房肿痛甚者，加乳香没药各‘克、赤芍15克。<br />
②热毒壅滞(成脓期)；肿块增大，疼痛加重，乳房胀满，皮色掀红，壮热不退，时有寒战，口渴喜饮，舌红苔黄腻，脉弦数。如局部触摸有波动感，为脓已形成。<br />
治法：清热解毒，托里透脓。<br />
方药：金银花m克、连翘15克、蒲公英30克、地丁20克、当归尾10克、生黄芪20克、川芎10克、炮甲片10克、丹参20克、生石膏(先煎)20克、皂角刺1O克、柴胡10克。<br />
③气血两虚，余邪未净(溃脓期)：破溃脓出，肿消痛减，热势渐退，疲乏无力，时有低热，食欲不振，舌胖偏淡、苔白或少苔，脉细数。如脓出不畅，肿痛不减，热势不退，仍以成脓期治法治之。也可见肿消缓慢，或溃脓清稀，久不收口者。<br />
治法：益气和营，驱除余邪。<br />
方药；黄芪20克、当归10克、党在15克、生白术10克、赤白芍各10克、生香附10克、甘草10克、金银花印克、红藤15克、川芎10克、丹参20克、鹿角霜(先煎)30克、柴胡10克、枳壳6克。<br />
(2)外抬法<br />
①初期：可采用轻柔·按摩乳房并配合热敷促进排乳，外敷仙人掌(捣烂)或用芒硝湿热敷，或外敷金黄散或玉露散，也可将六神丸捣碎外敷。<br />
针刺治疗：取肩井、擅中、足三里穴，强刺激后留针15-扔分钟，每日1次。<br />
②成脓期：1R表脓肿可用粗三棱针放脓，深部脓肿宜切开排脓，排脓后插入药捻引流。<br />
③溃后期：插入九一丹或八二丹药捻引流，外敷金黄膏。脓净后改用生肌玉红膏或生肌散。<br />
[预防与调养]<br />
1．产前常用毛巾、肥皂洗擦乳头，并用拇、食指捏拉乳头，使皮肤变得坚韧。<br />
2，哺乳期应保持乳头清洁，每次喂完奶应使乳汁吸空。如吸不空或奶胀感，应用手挤或用吸乳器排空。<br />
3．哺乳期用橘核30克煎水服，可防止乳汁淤滞。<br />
4．乳头如被吸破。。应及时治疗。<br />
5．患病期间要停止喂乳，清淡饮食，心情舒畅。 <br />
