<div> 本病是妇女常见、多发病之一，多见于25～45岁女性，其本质上是一种生理增生与复旧不全造成的乳腺正常结构的紊乱。在我国，囊性改变少见，多以腺体增生为主，故多称“乳腺增生症”。世界卫生组织（WHO）统称“良性乳腺结构不良”。本病恶变的危险性较正常妇女增加2～4倍，临床症状和体征有时与乳癌相混。进入乳腺增生专题。病因 本病的病因尚不十分明了。目前多认为与内分泌失调及精神因素有关。黄体素分泌减少，雌激素相对增多，本病的重要原因。主要为乳腺间质的良性增生，增生可发生于腺管周围并伴有大小不等的囊肿形成；也可发生在腺管内而表现为上皮的乳头样增生，伴乳管囊性扩张。此外，尚有一种小叶实质增生的类型。症状 突出的表现有乳房胀痛和乳内肿块。<br />
1.乳房胀痛：常见为单侧或双侧乳房胀痛或触痛。病程为2个月至数年不等，大多数患者具有周期性疼痛的特点，月经前期发生或加重，月经后减轻或消失。必须注意的是，乳痛的周期性虽是本病的典型表现，但缺乏此特征者并不能否定病变的存在。</div>
<div> 2.乳房肿块：常为多发性，单侧或双侧性，以外上象限多见；且大小、质地亦常随月经呈周期性变化，月经前期肿块增大，质地较硬，月经后肿块缩小，质韧而不硬。扪查时可触及肿块呈节结构，大小不一，与周围组织界限不清，多有触痛，与皮肤和深部组织无粘连，可被推动，腋窝淋巴结不肿大。 此外，尚有病程长、发展缓慢、有时可有乳头溢液等表现。乳房内大小不等的结节实质上是一些囊状扩张的大、小乳管，乳头溢液即来自这些囊肿，呈黄绿色、棕色或血性，偶为无色浆液性。 </div>
