<div><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 月经是女性进入青春期的重要标志。但不少少女月经来潮以后，有时量多，而且有时淋漓不尽，一拖个把月，有时又一二个月不来，很不规则。这种病医学上称为“青春期功能性子宫出血”。有人统计，90％的姑娘都患有不同程度的功能性子宫出血。</font></div>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">该病是由于神经和内分泌所致。女孩子到了青春期，卵巢逐渐发育成熟，在卵巢内分泌的影响下，子宫内膜发生周期性的增厚与脱落变化而形成“月经”。所以说，月经实际上是卵巢有规律活动的反映。但是，女孩从月经初潮到18岁这段时期，内生殖器卵巢尚未发育成熟；下丘脑———垂体———卵巢功能尚不完善，卵巢功能很不稳定；再加上青春期少女情绪容易发生波动，学习、工作紧张，运动量大，以及环境、气候的变化和营养失调等因素，均会影响大脑皮层对卵巢激素的调节作用，从而导致月经失调，子宫大量出血，出血严重者可引起重度贫血甚至失血性休克。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">除功能性外，某些疾病也能引起青春期子宫出血，如宫颈息肉、子宫肌瘤、盆腔炎、多囊卵巢、卵巢肿瘤、血小板减少、甲状腺及肾上腺疾病，以及某些药物作用。所以，在治疗处理前必须请医生检查确诊、治疗，不可乱服“调经药”、“止血药”了事，否则很可能贻误病情。“青春期功血”的诊断和治疗并不困难，只是有些姑娘害羞，常常独自苦闷、惊慌，不敢就医，乃至延误治疗、拖垮身体。总之，“青春期功血”可以说是青春期卵巢功能尚不完善引起的，不必过分紧张，但也应重视，并及时给予确诊和适当的治疗。否则失血过多引起贫血，影响健康。<br />
