              一、宫颈疾病普查的意义：</P>
<P>　　宫颈癌是一种严重危害妇女健康的恶性肿瘤，近年来发病率稳定上升且趋年青化。子宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一，发病率在女性恶性肿瘤中居第二位，据世界范围统计，每年估计46.6万的子宫颈癌发病例。其中80%的病例发生在发展中国家。在已建立了筛查制度的发达国家和一些发展中国家的流行病学资料显示，子宫颈癌浸润癌发病率和死亡率已经大幅度下降。</P>
<P>　　开展对宫颈疾病人的普查，有利于宫颈疾病的早期发现、早期诊断及早期治疗。如果该疾病治疗得及时、彻底，病变就会消失，身体快速恢复健康。</P>
<P>　　二、 筛查最佳起始和终止年龄：</P>
<P>　　尽管子宫颈癌也可发生在21岁左右的年轻妇女，但常见于40岁以上的妇女中。通常从发现高度病变到发展癌，大约需要10年时间，30岁左右是癌前病变高峰期，因此筛查起始龄可考虑为25—30岁；65岁后患子宫颈癌的危险性极低，故一般不主张对65岁以上的妇女进行常规的子宫颈癌筛查。 <BR>　　<BR>　　三、HPV检查和TCT检查：</P>
<P>　　HPV检查：HPV是指人乳头瘤状病毒，这是最常见的性传播疾病之一。某些类型的HPV可以导致子宫颈癌，而每年有数以千计的妇女死于宫颈癌的毒手。HPV的多重感染或称重叠感染，是指在某一个体或某一种病变中感染或检测到两种或两种以上的HPV亚型。在一般情况下，HPV感染是单一亚型感染，但在临床研究中发现有较多的HPV感染是多种HPV亚型感染即多重感染，这项检查技术对检出HPV6型和HPVl6型等研究发现妇女宫颈HPV的多重感染较为普遍存在。</P>
<P>　　TCT检查：TCT是液基薄层细胞检测的简称，TCT检查是采用液基薄层细胞检测系统检测宫颈细胞并进行TBS细胞学分类诊断，它是目前国际上最先进的一种宫颈癌细胞学检查技术，与传统的宫颈刮片巴氏涂片检查相比明显提高了标本的满意度及宫颈异常细胞检出率。TCT宫颈防癌细胞学检查对宫颈癌细胞的检出率为100%，同时还能发现癌前病变，微生物感染如霉菌、滴虫、衣原体等。</P>
<P>　　目前美国、英国等许多先进国家已把TCT技术应用于妇女宫颈癌的筛查。<BR></P> </P></SPAN>
