对于已婚妇女为了想要有baby也要利用危险期也就是排卵期，才能顺利做人成功，这两种情况都必须要了解自己的月经周期，才能心想事成。<br /> <strong>月经周期：</strong> <br /> 所谓的月经周期就是：此次月经来时的第一天开始算起为周期的第一天，一直到下一次的月经来临前一天为止，称之为一个月经周期，一般来说约在26-35天左右。<br /> 月经周期主要可分成两个阶段： <br /> <strong>第一阶段</strong>，就是月经来潮的第一天算起到排卵日为止，这段时间大约是12-22天因每个人的体质不同而有差异，以下我以28天的周期为例：月经大约持续３－５天左右，到第７天的时候，脑下垂体会分泌荷尔蒙刺激卵子的发育，当卵子发育成熟后，脑下垂体开始分泌动情激素（estrogen），让子宫组织进行增厚的动作，一直到周期的第１４天开始排卵，第一阶段也就结束了。 <br /> <strong>第二阶段</strong>则每个人的时间大致都相同，也就是排卵日到下一次的月经来潮时，通常在排卵后的两周也就是１４天就是月经来潮日。这段时间的成熟卵子会从卵巢经由输卵管，再到子宫里，到子宫里的时候，也就是正在排卵的期间，这个期间大约是24-48小时左右，这时的动情激素（estrogen）的浓度会下降而黄体素（progesterone）会上升，目的是使子宫的内膜持续的增厚，以便让受精卵着床，若在这时，正好有精子进入，就会形成受精卵，怀孕也就是这样开始的。但如果没有受精，卵子在子宫内经过1-2天就就会萎缩，然后大约再两周，增厚子宫内膜就会自然剥落，又开始了下一次的月经，如此一再地循环。<br /> 看了以上的说明你会发现，在整个月经的周期中，卵子真正有受孕的机会只有1-2天，如果要避孕是不是只要避开这一两天呢？ <br /> 其实也不是，因为你还要顾虑到精子的问题，精虫在进入子宫后，大约可以存活72小时，也就是三天，所以为了避免排卵前三天停留在子宫内的精虫还是有机会与刚排出的卵子结合，所以会将危险期向前挪三天，除此之外都是安全期。 <br /> 有些人的月经周期相当规律好计算，有些人则偶而会出现几天的误差，当然有些人也会因为情绪，压力、失眠、疾病、运动量等的个别因素而使周期出现改变，如果想要更精准的计算自己的周期，可能要计算约六个月的周期，来取出最长的周期与最短的周期。<br /> <strong><a href="http://www.snvzi.com/zixun/default.aspx"><span style="color: #960faa;"> >>>点击在线咨询什么是安全期,如何计算安全期</span></a></strong><br /></div>
