<pclass="MsoNormal"style="MARGIN:0cm0cm0pt;TEXT-INDENT:18pt;mso-char-indent-count:2.0"><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">乳腺纤维腺瘤是发生于乳腺小叶内纤维组织和腺上皮的混合性瘤，是乳房良性肿瘤中最常见的一种。乳腺纤维腺瘤可发生于青春期后的任何年龄的女性，但以</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">18</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">～</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">25</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">岁的青年女性多见。本病的发生与内分泌激素失调有关，如雌激素相对或绝对升高可引起本玻临床上以无痛性乳房肿块为主要症状，很少伴有乳房疼痛及乳头溢液者。至于乳腺纤维腺瘤是否会发生恶变，一般认为，有少数病例可发生纤维成分的肉瘤变，而极少有发生上皮成分的癌变者。</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt"><br/><spanstyle="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span></span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">乳腺纤维腺瘤中医称之为</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">“</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">乳核</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">”</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">。以往也曾称其为</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">“</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">乳癖</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">”</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">，所以在许多中医书中见到的</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">“</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">乳癖</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">”</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">，有一部分指的是乳腺增生病，还有一部分则指的是乳腺纤维腺瘤。为了避免两者命名上的混乱，现已将其规范为</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">“</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">核</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">”</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">的范畴。中医认为，乳核是由于肝气郁结或血瘀痰凝所致。《外科大成》指出，乳中结核</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">“</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">如梅如李，虽患日浅，亦乳岩之渐也</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt">”</span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">，已认识到乳核中的少数年深日久则可能会恶变为乳岩。</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt"><br/><spanstyle="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span></span><spanstyle="FONT-SIZE:9pt;FONT-FAMILY:宋体;mso-ascii-font-family:'TimesNewRoman';mso-hansi-font-family:'TimesNewRoman'">乳腺纤维腺瘤最有效的治疗手段就是手术。手术可以将腺瘤切除而使之治愈，但部分病例可于原手术部位复发或在乳房其他部位再生新的腺瘤。中医认为，疏肝解郁、活血化痰中药可调整机体内分泌状况，消除乳房部的肿块，治疗腺瘤可取得较好的疗效。</span><spanlang="EN-US"style="FONT-SIZE:9pt"><o:p></o:p></span>
