<P> <STRONG>阴道滴虫的危害</STRONG> </P>
<P> 阴道滴虫病是女性比较常见的性传播疾病，性接触是主要传播途径，但间接传染也不少见。感染者症状相差悬殊，有20％～50％的感染者可能没有症状。阴道滴虫不仅感染阴道，而且子宫颈、前庭、尿道、膀胱也可被感染。不论女性还是男性，只要有一方被感染，就可在性伙伴中传来传去，很难根治。</P>
<P><STRONG> 阴道滴虫病的主要症状</STRONG> </P>
<P> 滴虫感染年龄段非常广，年轻人和中老年人均可感染。潜伏期为5～28天。患者可出现泡沫状、黄色脓性并具有恶臭的白带；外阴部和阴道内有剧烈瘙痒和灼热感，排尿不畅，性交痛。妊娠时由于阴道黏膜充血，可引起血性白带。</P>
<P> <STRONG>阴道滴虫病发病特点</STRONG> </P>
<P> 阴道滴虫发病机制不仅取决于滴虫本身，而且由于滴虫与阴道乳酸杆菌拮抗，从而使阴道黏膜乳酸杆菌减少，导致阴道酸碱度升高，造成其他细菌如厌氧菌大量繁殖，引起混合感染。孕妇阴道滴虫发病较少，其原因是在妊娠期女性激素分泌亢进，阴道黏膜细胞内糖原丰富，乳酸杆菌呈优势，滴虫不能大量繁殖。</P>
<P> <STRONG>阴道滴虫病的治疗</STRONG> </P>
<P> 阴道滴虫病既要抗滴虫，又要抗细菌。只要应用抗滴虫药同时合用抗厌氧菌药，随着滴虫减少，乳酸杆菌占优势，阴道内环境改善，很快可恢复正常。治疗阴道滴虫的药物主要是甲硝唑（灭滴灵）、硝基丙唑（滴比露）、替硝唑（服净）等。有针剂、片剂和栓剂。</P>
<P> 值得一提的是：滴虫感染常在夫妻间呈乒乓球式传来传去，因此双方应同时治疗。感染滴虫后有的患者没有症状，因此在健康检查时应注意阴道内有否滴虫，如有，即使没有症状也要治疗。男性从生殖器上检查滴虫非常困难，只要女性被证明已感染，男性即使检查为阴性，也必须同时治疗，才能彻底治愈。</P>
<P> 孕妇患阴道滴虫病不能口服甲硝唑和替硝唑类药物，因为这类药物可通过胎盘进入胎儿体内，影响胎儿发育。经研究，局部使用甲硝唑栓剂，仅在妊娠晚期有限地进入孕妇血内，因此比较安全。阴道栓剂可连续使用10～11天。使用甲硝唑期间不得饮酒，否则可引起腹痛、呕吐和颜面潮红等不良反应。</P>
<P> 如何判断阴道滴虫病已经痊愈，主要根据自觉症状消失，同时阴道滴虫呈阴性（尽可能通过培养确认）。甲硝唑治愈率可高达90％～95％，被认为是治疗滴虫病的良好药物。如果和配偶同时治疗，预后必然有把握。</P>
<P> 孕妇患阴道滴虫对胎儿有否影响 一般认为，孕妇患阴道滴虫病，如果滴虫被新生儿吞入口内，通过胃酸即可将其杀死；新生儿阴道酸碱度不适于滴虫发育，因此，新生儿不会通过阴道感染。但有人认为，孕妇感染滴虫导致阴道自净作用下降，有可能因阴道形成不正常细菌群，通过上行感染而增加早产机会，也有人不同意这种说法。但不论如何，治好阴道滴虫病是必须的。</P>
