<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　手机通话是通过高频电磁波将电讯号发射出去的，发射天线周围存在一定量的微波辐射。当手机产生的微波超过国家规定标准，就可能危害健康。约有40％的微波被人体吸收到体内深层，导致器官发热，而人体本身并无感觉。这种高频微波除对人的神经、血液、免疫系统及眼睛等造成损害外，生殖系统也往往&#8220;在劫难逃&#8221;，如使精子数量锐减、精子活力下降等。故育龄男子使用手机要注意自我保护，身边有普通电话时尽量不用手机，以减少微波对人体的辐射次数和时间；若非用手机不可，也要长话短说。最后一招是合理安排食主谱，多食用一些富含优质蛋白、磷脂以及B族维生素的食品，以增强抗辐射的能力，保护生殖器官的功能。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　泡氧吧 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　近年来，吸氧作为一种新的保健手段在我国一些城市流行开来，不少人以泡氧吧为时尚。对此，专家告诫：对于某些健康状况不佳的人（如气管炎 target=_blank&gt;慢性支气管炎、肺气肿患者），这可能是一个好消息，但健康人，特别是育龄男子切勿赶此时髦，因为这很可能给你的生殖功能埋下祸根。其中的奥秘在于，健康人在氧吧吸入超过生理需要的氧气，会在体内与其他物质结合而生成自由基，破坏正常生物膜，干扰酶的活性，累及睾丸以及精细胞的代谢。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　烛光晚餐 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　用蜡烛代替电灯，在烛光下进餐，这也许是受了西方人的影响，这样做，情调与气氛是有了，但可能给身体带来某些危害。原来，蜡烛特别是带香味的蜡烛，会释放出铅、汞等有害微粒，育龄男子吸入这些微粒，它们可侵入生殖系统作祟。先说铅，可直接作用于睾丸，妨碍睾丸合成雄性激素及精子的生成。再说汞，则以损害性功能为其特点，使你的性欲减退，或致阴茎勃起不坚，进而诱发不育症。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　洗桑拿 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　桑拿浴可使人消除疲劳，且具有祛病健身的功效，不少人乐于此道。然而，专家提醒：正是桑拿浴成了部分青年不育症的元凶。道理很简单，精子生于睾丸内，对温度的要求比较严格，必须在34℃－35℃的恒温条件下才能正常发育，而桑拿浴房内的温度大大高出这个标准，极不利于精子生长或造成精子死亡。因此，尚未生育的男青年，进桑拿浴只宜偶尔为之，经常光顾恐怕会因小失大。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　一次性尿布 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　近年来一次性尿布热销，可能对男性儿童发育关键阶段的睾丸发育产生消极影响，有从小播下不育种子的危险。德国学者指出，这是因为塑料内衬的尿布使热量在睾丸的周围聚集之故。在使用一次性尿布时，阴囊表面温度明显升高，最高情况下要比体温高1度，其中年龄越小的婴儿阴囊温度越高。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　常穿紧身裤 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　许多男青年追逐紧身裤的时尚，常年牛仔裤不离身。殊不知，牛仔裤将阴囊和睾丸紧紧地束缚，使局部散热减少，引起睾丸温度升高，有碍精子产生。同时，紧身裤限制了阴囊部位的血液循环，尤其是妨碍静脉血液的回流，造成睾丸淤血，给精子的生成带来了阻力。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　化装不当 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　男子追求美容本无可厚非，但要注意化妆品的选择。有的男性就地取材，喜欢和妻子长期共用某种化妆品。但有些专供女性使用的品牌含有一定量的雌激素，雌激素进入体内可以缓慢改变内分泌功能，使男子性功能减弱，自然会给生育蒙上阴影。</font></p>
