                        <p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 黄体功能不足所致不孕症的治疗应根据不同的病因采取不同的治疗方案。下面是几个常用方法。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　(1)黄体酮增补疗法：这个方法用得最广泛，不论何种病因，凡查到黄体中期孕酮值低，内膜活体组织检查分泌相欠佳或经临床观察确认为黄体功能不足者多可使用。具体方法为：</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　①黄体酮阴道栓25mg塞入阴道深部或直肠内，早晚各一次，由病人自用，于基础体温上升后2 天开始(月经周期第16天或17天)到月经来潮时止。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　②黄体酮油剂，每日肌肉注射10mg，或隔日肌肉注射20mg，基础体温上升后第2天起使用。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　③合成孕激素：安宫黄体酮2mg，每日3次，或每晚服5mg，基础体温上升后2天起开始用药。羟孕酮：每周肌肉注射2次，每次125mg，基础体温升高后第2天开始用药。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　黄体酮增补疗法治疗不孕症的用药时间一般多主张在排卵后2～3天开始给药，即使是对习惯性早期流产，也应和治不孕症患者一样自排卵后2～3天即开始用药。至于停药时间，有些学者认为应在排卵后第14天停药，以防假孕。也有人主张用药至月经来潮时始停药。如果延期不见来潮可做早孕试验，当证实为妊娠时应继续给药至12孕周。至于用合成孕激素治疗，不论是注射法或口服法，都不能代替黄体酮。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　(2)绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)：用于排卵前可以诱发排卵，用于排卵以后则可刺激黄体发育，支持黄体功能，增加孕酮合成，延长黄体寿命。用法是于排卵后3～4天起，隔日肌肉注射HC G2000～3000u，共3～4次;或排卵后3天起，每日肌肉注射1000u，连续7～8日。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　(3)克罗米芬：应用克罗米芬诱发排卵曾发现有部分患者黄体功能欠佳。但有报道认为对自然排卵患者，尤其在用孕酮增补疗法无效时可于卵泡早期，即从月经周期第3天起每日服克罗米芬50mg，连服5日，可提高妊娠率。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　(4)溴隐亭：黄体功能不良的不孕患者，伴有血清催乳素升高者可用溴隐亭治疗:每日1～2 次，每次2 5mg。<br />
