<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 小严是一个电脑操作员，近来她渐渐发现自己的肚子大起来了，上医院看病，内科医生竟告诉她已怀孕五个月。这对一贯作风正派、十分自爱的小严来说，简直是晴天霹雳，她委屈地哭了。到底出了什么事啦？</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 卵巢囊肿是元凶</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 小严很快被转到妇科就诊。妇科医生经过详细的询问病史、月经史以及细致的体检和B超检查，终于确定了小严腹腔的包块绝不是妊娠，而是发自右侧卵巢的囊肿，手术取出了一个大囊肿，足有一个小西瓜大。其实，小严一个多月前便隐隐感到腹胀，由于并不影响精神和食欲，并未引起注意；但肚子慢慢地越来越胀，白带增多。近一个月来，腰围明显增粗，慢慢腆起大肚子来了；怪不得粗心的内科医生诊断为妊娠。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 早期诊断是关键</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 卵巢囊肿是妇科常见病，各种年龄均可患病，以20岁~50岁最多见。患病初期很少有症状，因此早期诊断困难，就诊时70%已属晚期，很少能得到早期治疗。其症状主要表现为下腹内有一个坚实而无痛的肿块，有时性交会发生疼痛。目前，彩色B超、CT、腹腔镜等先进诊断技术对卵巢囊肿病变可以早期诊断。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 微创治疗保卵巢</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 卵巢作为维持女性生理特征和生殖功能的重要器官，不能轻易切除，一旦切除就丧失了女性特征，特别对未婚女青年来说，就意味着失去生育能力。所以现代医学一直提倡对卵巢囊肿实行微创治疗。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 近年来，随着妇科微创技术的迅速发展，卵巢囊肿多采用电极刀微创技术治疗。该技术运用具有三维扫描功能的导航仪，将盆腔内卵巢及囊肿精确的定位图像传输给计算机工作站，计算机工作站启动微电极探测吸引仪，把细如发丝的微电极送入囊肿囊腔内，测出囊腔内细胞成分及积液性质后，工作站在精确定位、定量的基础上，吸出囊内积液，再传导因子介入，通过电离作用，使囊肿病灶组织细胞核失活，囊壁上皮组织失活，达到治愈囊肿的目的，并使卵巢结构和功能恢复正常。其特点是避免开腹手术、安全性高、无需住院、痛苦少、创伤小、恢复快。</font></p>
