              <P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>中医学认为，任何疾病都是由于正邪斗争的结果，也不例外。其病性早期属热证、实证，为湿热、毒火阻滞肝脉；后期则伴有肝肾不足。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　(1)湿热下注　素日多食肥甘厚味、辛辣之品，或嗜烟酒，损伤脾胃，脾失健运，水湿内蕴，郁而化热，以致湿热蕴积于下焦，注于阴部，发为。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　(2)外感淫毒　淫欲过度，不洁性交，外染毒邪，蕴结于局部皮肤粘膜，则发为。外感淫毒对发病是非常关键的，虽然你有湿热之体，但未有不洁性交也不会发病。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　(3)肾气不足　肾开窍于前后二阴，或由于房劳过度，或由于湿热、淫毒久稽，耗伤肾阴；日久阴损及阳，也可造成肾阳不足。肾阴肾阳是人体最宝贵的物质，统帅着人体全身的阴阳，当肾阴肾阳受损后，人体阴阳就会失调，疾病就容易复发。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>中医治疗的方法是 : </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>１、湿热下注证 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　常见生殖器部位水疱成簇，周边有红晕，或有糜烂，有轻痒，可见小便黄赤，口苦，口渴，舌红苔黄腻，脉弦滑。这是由于素日喜肥甘厚味，湿热之邪下注肝经所致。治疗法则宜清热除湿，方药常以龙胆泻肝汤加减： </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　龙胆草 10g 　山栀 10g 　黄芩 10g 　柴胡 10g 　车前子 ( 包 )10g 　生地 10g 　当归 10g 　木通 10g 生甘草 10g </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　方中龙胆草清泻肝经湿热；山栀、黄芩、柴胡配合龙胆草清肝利胆；车前子、木通清热利湿；生地、当归凉血活血；生甘草调和诸药。水疱大、糜烂渗液者，加生苡仁 30g ，茵陈 10g ；大便秘结者，加生大黄 6g( 后下 ) 。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>２、属于毒热蕴结证的 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　见阴部疱疹大而红，局部肿胀，疼痛明显，腹股沟淋巴结肿大，或有低热，排尿困难，舌红绛，脉滑数。这是由于不洁性交，外染淫毒，毒热结聚阴部所致。治疗法则宜清热解毒，常以方药为清毒神圣汤加减： </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　 金银花 30g 　天花粉 30g 　蒲公英 30g 　当归 15g 　生甘草 10g 　板蓝根 30g </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　方中金银花清热解毒为主药；天花粉排毒驱腐；蒲公英、板蓝根配合主药加强治疗作用；当归、生甘草养血活血，调和诸药。如小便黄赤，排尿疼痛困难者，加马鞭草 15g ，天葵子 10g ，淡竹叶 10g ；淋巴结肿大疼痛者，加地丁 30g ，夏枯草 10g 。 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>３、肾气不足证的 </FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　常见于复发性阴部疱疹，疱疹干涸较小，无自觉症状，但经常复发。这是由于肾气不足，淫毒之邪未尽所致，由于肾气不足故多伴有腰膝酸软，浑身乏力。阴檎撸
