<P> 的治疗原则是诊断正确，治疗及时，剂量足够，疗程正规。治疗后应定期追踪观察，并对其配偶及性伴侣同时进行检查及治疗。目前治疗的首选药物是青霉素，其优点为疗效高、疗程短、毒性低，迄今尚无耐药病例发生。的治疗方案如下： <BR><BR> (1)早期（包括一期、二期和病在二年以内的潜伏） <BR><BR> 普鲁卡因青霉素Ｇ，80万单位／日，肌注，连续10天，总量800万单位。 <BR><BR> 苄星青霉素Ｇ（长效西林），240万单位／次，分二侧臂部肌注，每周1次，共2次。 <BR><BR> 青霉素过敏者，选用以下代用药品： <BR><BR> 四环素500mg，4次／日，口服，连服15天，总量30g（肝肾功能不全者禁用）。 <BR><BR> 红霉素500mg，4次／日，口服，连服15天。 <BR><BR> (2)病期长于二年的（三期皮肤、粘膜、骨骼，病期超过二年的潜伏及二期复发） <BR><BR> 普鲁卡因青霉素Ｇ，80万单位／日，肌注，连续15天为一疗程，也可考虑给第二疗程，疗程间停药2周。 <BR><BR> 苄星青霉素Ｇ，240万单位／次，1次／周，肌注，共3次。 <BR><BR> 青霉素过敏者，选用代用药品： <BR><BR> 四环素500mg，4次／日，口服，连服30天为一疗程。 <BR><BR> 红霉素500mg，用法用量同四环素。 <BR><BR> (3)心血管 <BR><BR> 只选用普鲁卡因青霉素Ｇ，80万单位／日，肌注，连续15天为一疗程，共二疗程（或更多），疗程间停药2周。不允许用苄星青霉素。 <BR><BR> 青霉素过敏者，选用代用药品，疗效很差： <BR><BR> 四环素500mg，4次／日，口服，连服30天为一疗程。 <BR><BR> 红霉素500mg，用法用量同四环素。 <BR><BR> (4)神经 <BR><BR> 水剂青霉素Ｇ，480万单位／天，静脉点滴，10天为一疗程，间隔2周，重复一个疗程。 <BR><BR> 普鲁卡因青霉素Ｇ，240万单位／日，肌注，同时口服丙磺舒每次0.5g，4次／日，共10天；接着再用苄星青霉素Ｇ，240万单位／次，肌注，1次／周，共3周。 <BR><BR> (5)妊娠期 <BR><BR> 普鲁卡因青霉素Ｇ，80万单位／日，肌注，连续10天。妊娠期初3个月内，注射1疗程，妊娠末3个月注射1疗程。 <BR><BR> 青霉素过敏者只选用红霉素，服法及剂量同非妊娠期病人，但其所生婴儿应用青霉素治疗。 <BR><BR> (6)先天 <BR><BR> 普鲁卡因青霉素Ｇ，每日5万单位／公斤体重，肌注，连续10天为一疗程；晚期先天可考虑给第二疗程。 <BR><BR> 苄星青霉素G，5万单位／公斤体重，一次肌注。有神经损害者不用（效差）。 <BR><BR> 较大儿童青霉素的用量，不应超过成人同期治疗量，青霉素过敏者改用红霉素，8岁以下儿童禁用四环素。</P>
