                <p>　　避孕套可以阻止精液进入阴道，起到防止怀孕的作用，在我国长期以来被用作<br />
避孕工具，避孕套的名称也是由此而来的。避孕套可以隔开精液和阴道分泌物<br />
，阻止性交时男女双方体液的互相接触，因此也被用来防止的传播。艾滋<br />
病开始流行后，由于没有疫苗和特效药，那些性自由盛行的国家一时又没有办<br />
法改变人们的不健康性行为，就只好大力提倡使用避孕套，以减轻艾滋病的流<br />
行。在正确使用避孕套的情况下，可减少高危性行为时受艾滋病病毒感染的机<br />
会，但是还是有相当高的失败率。新英格兰医学杂志报告的避孕套预防艾滋病<br />
的失败率为16.7%，英国社会科学医学杂志的报告则为31%，失败原因主要是避<br />
孕套的质量不佳和使用不当引起的破裂、滑脱。</p>
<p>1、使用避孕套性交影响男性快感，因此避孕套必须做得很薄，否则就不受使<br />
用者欢迎。但是越薄就越容易发生破裂。据美国的一项研究报告，即使是符合<br />
标准的产品也有破裂率。此外乳胶薄膜越薄，弹性越差，也就容易滑脱。不论<br />
是破裂还是滑脱，都会造成精液外泄进入阴道，同时也使阴道分泌物接触阴茎<br />
，使艾滋病病毒得到传播的机会。</p>
<p>2、避孕套是由薄层乳胶制成的，乳胶就是橡胶，不论存放时间较久或存放于<br />
高温环境，或者接触油类、酸性和碱性物质等，都可促使乳胶老化，避孕套因<br />
而变得更容易破裂。</p>
<p>3、我国市售的国产避孕套有四种型号，大号的直径为35毫米，中号33毫米，<br />
小号31毫米，特小号29毫米。使用者应根据本人阴茎勃起时的实际大小选择<br />
适当的型号，型号不当时，过松容易滑脱，过紧容易破裂。</p>
<p>4、我国目前市场上的商品中有伪劣产品。如果大力提倡使用避孕套预防艾滋<br />
病，无异于宣传性乱，因而促使许多未婚青年发生婚前性行为和促使已婚者放<br />
弃一夫一妻的道德约束而参与性乱，避孕套的需求量就会激增，市场上将有可<br />
能大量出现粗制滥造的劣质避孕套。使用劣质避孕套的结果是失败率增高。</p>
<p>5、使用避孕套的同时，往往要在阴茎套外涂抹滑润油。有的人常以日常用来<br />
搽手搽脸的油脂滑润避孕套，这种油脂中通常都含有凡士林一类的矿物油。据<br />
试验，阴茎套一接触凡士林，60秒钟内脆性就可增加一倍，因而变得极易破裂<br />
。捷克发生过这样一个例子：当得知肛交会传染艾滋病病毒后，同性恋者的肛<br />
交行为明显减少。后来在同性恋者中提倡使用避孕套肛交，按理使用避孕套总<br />
比不用好，艾滋病病毒感染率应有所下降。但事与愿违，艾滋病病毒感染率反<br />
而上升。后来才发现原来同性恋者都是用含凡士林的油脂做滑润剂，增加了避<br />
孕套的破裂率，从而也增加了艾滋病病毒的感染率。</p>
<p>6、避孕套只能一次性使用。以前曾有介绍怎样将使用过的避孕套洗净后涂抹<br />
滑石粉保存，以备下次再用的宣传材料。这种节约显然是得不偿失的，特别是<br />
在艾滋病流行的今天更是如此。因为使用次数一多，就意味着破裂和失败，所<br />
以避孕套只能供一次性使用。</p>
