<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　女性生殖道菌感染的主要病原体之一是沙眼感染。感染方式是以性接触传播为主，其次是手、眼或病人污染的衣物、器械等物的间接传染。沙眼在受感染细胞内发育，于胞浆内形成各型的包涵体，只感染粘膜上皮细胞，不侵犯上皮下组织。女性生殖道感染可致前庭大腺炎、宫颈炎、输卵管炎、子宫内膜炎等，约3/4的患者无症状，易被忽视，从而不能及早诊治，使感染长期持续、传播蔓延，甚至导致异位妊娠或不孕等毁坏性的后遗症。</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>【临床表现】</FONT></P>
<P><FONT face=Arial color=#000000>　　沙眼女性生殖感染临床以宫颈内膜炎最常见。宫颈感染后，有粘液脓性分泌物，宫颈充血、水肿、接触性出血，也可完全无症状，上行感染导致子宫内膜炎及急性输卵管炎。也易引起急性尿道综合征(尿急、尿频、尿痛、无菌尿)及前庭大腺炎。孕妇患沙眼生殖道感染，新生儿经阴道分娩可感染沙眼患结膜炎及肺炎。有报道不育症病人中25.5%沙眼检查阳性。沙眼宫颈感染，使精子不易上行，导致不育；沙眼感染可导致生殖腔道的炎症粘连和阻塞，导致不育；故对此种感染患者临床医师应非常重视。</FONT></P>
