非淋菌性阴道炎（简称非淋）的特点是症状不很明显，主要表现为宫颈炎、生殖道炎症。当引起尿道炎时，病人可有尿频及排尿困难，或有轻微尿痛，出现少量分泌物，有时有腥味，病人自认为白带增多。若感染部位主要在子宫颈时，则表现为炎症和糜烂、白带增多。通常只有通过对宫颈分泌物的检查，来提供一些临床线索，当衣原体及支原体培养和血清免疫荧光抗原测定呈阳性时，即可确诊。白色念珠菌所致者白带呈水样或脓性，并有白色凝乳样或豆渣样物，实验室检查白色念菌阳性亦可确诊。</P>
<P> 非淋患者一定要注意早确诊，早治疗；治疗要到正规医院进行，且应与性伴侣同时治疗，不可半途而废。治疗期间要注意休息，禁止剧烈活动，且应禁止性生活，忌食刺激性食物，衣物用具要洗晒消毒，外阴每天要用1：5000～1：8000高锰酸钾溶液或洁尔阴清洗。</P>
<P> 治疗非淋有不少抗生素是有效的。这些药包括四环素、强力霉素、阿奇霉素、克拉霉素、罗红霉素、红霉素等；链霉素和壮观霉素，对支原体有效而对衣原体感染作用不大；先锋霉素对衣原体基本上无效，所以不用。有不少人对抗生素有耐药性，所以最好做药敏试验后，采用有效的药物。治疗后还应作随访，无效则应改用另一种方法治疗，所以，治疗要有耐心。</P>
<P> 对于念珠菌感染者，用药方面，首先用药棉将外阴、阴道上的分泌物擦干净，再用1：5000高锰酸钾或2％～3％碳酸氢钠液冲洗，擦干后，涂0.5％～1％龙胆紫液，然后用抗真菌药栓剂，如制霉菌素、克霉唑、咪康唑、益康唑、联苯苄唑等，每晚睡前放入阴道1粒，连用7日。如效果欠佳，可口服氟康唑150毫克，每日1次，连服3日；或伊曲康唑，每日200毫克，共服3日为1个疗程，必要时下次月经后重复1个疗程。</P>
