              &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <STRONG>阴道炎</STRONG>是由于病原微生物（包括淋病双球菌、霉菌、滴虫等微生物）感染而引起的阴道炎症。阴道炎根据年龄和感染源的不同，可分为老年性阴道炎、滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、淋病性阴道炎、阿米巴性阴道炎、阴道嗜血杆菌性阴道炎、婴幼儿阴道炎、气肿性阴道炎和非特异性阴道炎。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 自诊要点</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 各种类型的阴道炎均有白带增多、尿频、尿急、尿痛的症状，外阴有不同程度的瘙痒、灼热或疼痛感，急性期会伴有发热。不同类型的阴道炎白带的性状不同，可作为鉴别的依据。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （１）滴虫性阴道炎白带色灰黄，污浊，带泡沫，有臭味，有时为乳白色或黄白色稀薄液体，有时为黄绿色脓性泡沫白带。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （２）霉菌性阴道炎白带呈水样或凝乳样、软膏样，或有白色片状物和屑粒状，豆腐渣样。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （３）淋病性阴道炎白带呈脓性。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; （４）老年性阴道炎白带呈黄水样，感染严重时分泌物可转变为脓性并有臭味，偶有点滴出血症状。</P>
<P>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 怀疑自己患了阴道炎的女性，应及时到医院妇科进行检查，并在医生的指导下进行治疗，不可自行处理。<BR>&nbsp;<BR></P> </P></SPAN>
