<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　生理上的自然规律是不可逆的。如果人为地扭转，你有可能获得一时的青春，但其危害却是深远的，其结果有可能得不偿失。目前医学已经证实，依赖外源性雌激素的女性具有高度发生子宫内膜癌的危险，其危险与剂量大小、服用时间长短，及是否合用孕激素、中间是否停药、病人的身体素质等因素有直接的关系。所以，如果你有类似花钱找病的举动，一定别漏掉任何一次妇科检查。</font></p>

<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　1号防线：杜绝诱发子宫内膜癌的危险因素</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　肥胖、糖尿病、高血压患者是子宫内膜癌的高危人群。每位女性都应密切关注自己在这些方面的生理指标，将可能的危险降低到零。假如你初潮在12岁以前、月经紊乱量多，或患有多囊卵巢综合征、不孕症、子宫内膜不典型增生等病症，最好定期做妇科检查。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　2号防线：从B超中发现可疑点</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　B超检查能有效地发现子宫内膜上的可疑点；一旦发现问题，能探明子宫内膜癌在宫腔的大小、位置、肌层浸润程度、肿瘤是否穿破子宫浆膜或是否累及宫颈管，其诊断正确率较高，而且它对患者无创伤性及放射性损害。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　3号防线：刮宫检查</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">　　在B超检查之后，一个必不可少的程序就是刮宫检查，它属于&#8220;活检&#8221;的范畴。这项检查能进一步明确病灶是否为癌。方法是用小刮匙刮取宫内组织。将刮出的组织全部送作病理检验，这样可确诊或排除早期子宫内膜癌。 </font></p>
