引起不孕症的原因中 ,除了先天发育不良和环境等因素外 ,大部分不孕症原因属于人为因素，而且这些因素是可以避免的。
<p> 1）经期同房埋下祸根</p>
<p> 经期行房的后果只能用“一时尽兴，遗祸无穷”来概括。女性在排卵期内没有受孕，子宫内膜就会自动脱落，因而持续流血5-7天。在此期间，生殖道的生理屏障作用减弱，如果进行性交，很容易损伤其生殖道，并造成病菌感染，逐步引发宫颈炎、盆腔炎等妇科疾病，并刺激女方产生精子抗体。同时 ,还可造成经血逆流 ,导致子宫内膜异位症 ,而这些情况均可导致不孕症。 </p>
<p> 2）反复刮宫后患无穷</p>
<p> 维多利亚女子医院专家指出 ,反复刮宫多见于未婚先孕和盲目追求优生优育者。她们不知道医学上称子宫内膜为“组织学温床”。通俗地讲 ,精子与卵子结合后 ,孕卵就像一粒种子 ,种植在肥沃的土壤里才能发芽结果。如果反复做人工流产或刮宫过度 ,可导致子宫内膜损伤 ,使原来肥沃的土壤变得贫瘠。将来即使有了生育愿望 ,种子再好 ,也难着床怀孕。</p>
<p> 为了避免反复刮宫带来的危害 ,维多利亚女子医院专家建议育龄妇女 ,一旦避孕失败 ,最好采取在 24小时内服用紧急避孕药的补救措施。如果发生意外怀孕 ,也要选择到正规医院做流产手术 ,手术时间选择在妊娠 45天左右为宜。 </p>
<p> 3）追求骨感美 过度减肥</p>
<p> 一些不孕症病人通常都有减肥的经历 ,有的人两个月就减了 20公斤 ,有的人 1. 68米高的个头儿减到了 40公斤 ,人骨瘦如柴。这种病人治疗起来比较麻烦 ,即使以后体重恢复了 ,内分泌也难以恢复至正常 ,甚至可能导致终身不孕。</p>
<p> 4）盲目进补有害无益</p>
<p> 如果女孩子进食各种肉类、营养品、洋快餐过多 ,就会导致体内雄激素水平过高 ,出现肥胖、月经稀少、痤疮等症 ,医学上称之为青春期高睾酮血症。如果这种病症延续到育龄期 ,即可发展成为多囊卵巢综合征 ,并导致不孕症 ,治疗起来很棘手。为此，女性在日常生活中要讲究膳食平衡 ,不要盲目进补。</p>
<p> 5）有病乱求医 延误病情</p>
<p> 有些病人本来病情并不严重 ,经过适当治疗就可怀孕 ,但常因治疗不当 ,反而造成终身遗憾。维多利亚女子医院专家建议不孕症患者一定要到正规医院就诊求医。</p>
<p> 7）长期处于高度紧张和焦虑当中，将会导致女方终身不孕</p>
<p> 有的病人经检查没有发现导致不孕的器质性病变 ,仅表现为过度的焦虑抑郁 ,医学上称这种现象为心因性不孕。其原因是这些女性求子愿望过于强烈 ,以致神经内分泌失调。北京藏医院专家认为 ,从这个角度来说 ,精神放松对生育是非常重要的。<br />
