<font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 育龄夫妇长期同居，性生活正常，未避孕而未能怀孕。主要原因是由于精子或卵子异常，或生殖道的障碍。使精子与卵子不能相遇、结合着床。<br />
不育是指虽有过妊娠，但均以流产、早产、死胎或死产而告终，因而从未获得活婴者。因此，不育是卵子与精子已结合，在子宫内膜着床后，胚胎或胎儿成长障碍或娩出障碍或新生儿死亡不能获得活婴。有时不孕和不育是难以区分的，常笼统地称为不孕不育症。习惯上，把女性病因引起的不孕叫不孕症，男性病因致配偶不孕者叫男性不育症。<br />
一般情况认为，不孕不育男方原因的约占25％~40％，女方原因约占40％~45％，双方共同原因约占10%~15%, 还有15％~20％原因不明。<br />
如果根据不孕发生原因来划分，还可将不孕分为“相对性不孕”和“绝对性不孕”两种。相对性不孕：是指夫妇一方或双方由于某种因素阻碍受孕，或生育力下降引起暂时性不孕，经过恰当处理或治疗后仍不能怀孕者，如子宫发育不良、子宫极度前屈、后倾或后屈、内分泌失调等、男方少精症（精子计数小于2千万/毫升）、弱精症（活动率较低）及男女双方的免疫因素等所致的不孕。<br />
绝对性不孕：是指夫妇一方或双方先天或后天有严重的解剖或生理方面的缺陷，无法纠正，或经过治疗后仍不能受孕者。先天性疾患，如女方的子宫或卵巢等先天缺如。睾丸先天发育不良；后天性疾患，如生殖器结核或肿瘤均可严重破坏生育能力，而导致绝对性不孕。<br />
随着医学的发展，绝对性不孕症有可能转化为相对性不孕症，而相对性不孕症因错过治愈的最佳时机或误诊、误治，也可能转变为绝对性不孕症。因此，在治疗处理过程中，医生会针对不同情况，采取不同的治疗方案。<br />
如果是绝对性不孕症，而且又治疗过一段时间没有效果的患者，应面对现实，放弃治疗，不要再四处奔波，劳民伤财。对相对性不孕症患者，要本着相信科学，用科学的检查、检测手段，用准确的实验数据来说明问题，尽量查找不孕或不育的原因，并采取积极有效的措施，对症治疗，争取早日达到受孕的目的<br />
