<div> 女性在月经期前后或行经期间，身体有一些不适感觉，如腰部、腹部下坠发胀，情绪不稳定， 容易疲劳，但不影响工作和学习，这不属于痛经。这是由于月经期盆腔充血和内分泌变化引起 的轻微不适，多数女性都存在这种情况，属于正常现象。如果在经期前后，尤其是在行经期间 ，下腹部一阵阵绞痛，并身腰部、阴道、肛门入射，同时出现恶心，甚至昏厥等症状，影响正 常的学习和工作，这种情况就叫痛经。痛经易见于未婚或示孕的女性，往往生育后痛经就会减 经或消失。<br />
痛经分两种情况：一种是经过仔细检查仍找不到病因的痛经称原发性痛经。少女的痛经绝大多 数属于这一类。其原因主要与少女对月经的生理知识不足有关，表现为对月经来潮过度焦虑、 紧张和恐惧，久而久之形成条件反射，一来月经就感到不适和腹痛。也有的是体质虚弱或痛觉 敏感的人也容易患痛经。原发性痛经没有生殖器官的病变，而是功能上的紊乱造成的。一般成 年人的痛经多数也属于这种情况。另一种的继发性痛经，它是同于生殖器官司的病变引起的。 常见有有盆腔炎、子宫内膜异位症、子宫内膜下肌瘤等，这些疾病治好了，也就不会再痛经了 。 这里重点介绍一下原发性痛经，因为青春少女的痛经多属于这一种。目前认为原发性痛经的原 因主要与以下因素关。</div>
<div> (1) 精神紧张。有些少女因缺乏生理知识，一来月经就感到烦躁、焦虑、紧张和恐惧，所以 对疼痛的感觉比一般人敏感。即使轻微的不适，也会觉得疼痛，而且精神越紧张，越感到疼痛 。这种疼痛主要是由心理作用产生或加重的。 </div>
<div> (2) 身体虚弱。有的少女体质虚弱，平时又不注意锻炼，因此对疼痛的耐受力下降，对轻微 的疼痛也感觉支持不住。一些青少年女性月经期间海里部疼痛，与有关肌群发育不全有关。腹 部的上些肌群有支持腹腔内脏器官的作用，如果这部分肌群发育不健全，支持有关器官的作用 就差一些，这样由于脏器重量的牵拉，就会产生疼痛的感觉。 </div>
<div> (3) 激素影响。月经一般是在卵巢排卵后的两周左右来潮，卵巢排卵以后逐渐产生黄体，黄 体能分泌孕激素。孕激素产生过多能使子宫颈强烈收缩，影响子宫里的经血外流。子宫里的经 血多了，刺激子宫，会引起子宫强烈耻缩，因此产生疼痛。</div>
<div> (4) 子宫问题。有的人子宫颈过于狭窄，经血排出不通畅，引起疼痛。有的人子宫发育不良 或子宫畸形，肌肉不能协调地收缩，而引起疼痛。有的人子宫位置极度前屈或后倾，要排出经 血，子宫必须加强收缩，子宫收缩强烈，也会出现疼痛。有的人生殖器官有症，造成盆腔内充 血、肿胀，而引起腰酸腿痛。 </div>
