葡萄球菌、链球菌、大肠杆菌等细菌借分娩、流产所造成的裂伤及胎盘的剥离面，经期子宫内膜的脱离及生殖器手术创面侵入而引起急性<STRONG>盆腔炎</STRONG>。也可以由邻近器官的炎症直接蔓延或由身体其它部位的化脓性病灶经血液循环传播而来。</P>
<P> 急性盆腔炎包括急性子宫内膜炎及急性子宫肌炎、急性输卵官卵巢炎、急性盆腔结缔组织炎、急性盆腔腹膜炎。</P>
<P> 急性盆腔炎的症状可因炎症的轻重及范围大小而有所不同。常见的症状有高烧、寒战、头痛、食欲不振和下腹部疼痛。有腹膜炎时可出现恶心、呕吐、腹胀、腹泻的症状。炎症刺激泌尿道可出现排尿困难、尿频、尿痛的症状;如刺激直肠可出现腹泻和排便困难症状。</P>
<P> 体检时可发现下腹部肌紧张、有压痛，阴道内有大量脓性分泌物、子宫颈充血，子宫两侧可摸到肿块并有压痛。</P>
<P> 得了急性盆腔炎应卧床休息，最好取半卧体位，有利于脓液积聚在一起而使炎症局限。给充足的营养及水份，必要时应小量多次输血、疼痛严重可使用止痛药。高烧可用物理降温法。根据感染细菌的种类使用抗菌药物，如青霉素、链霉素、氯霉素、金霉素等。抗菌药物应足量、症状消失后应继续用药二周，以巩固疗效，防止形成慢性盆腔炎。</P>
<P> 中药治疗急性盆腔炎的效果较好，宜清热解毒、凉血化瘀，可用银翘解毒汤;高烧、寒战、烦躁出汗，可用清营汤;针灸效果亦不错;取穴中极、关元、归来、三阴交、足三里、肾俞，每次针2-3穴，隔日一次。</P>
<P> 有盆腔脓肿形成时应手术切开引流;经药物治疗无效，或疑有输卵管积脓、卵巢脓肿。应手术治疗。</P> </P></SPAN>
