<BR> 急性<STRONG>盆腔炎</STRONG>主要由病原体引起，临床表现可因炎症的轻重与范围大小而有不同。病人常有高热、寒战、食欲不振和下腹疼痛，也可位伴有消化系统、泌尿系统症状。</P>
<P> <STRONG>盆腔炎</STRONG>是女性内生殖器及其周围的结缔组织，盆腔腹膜发生的炎症，炎症可局限于一个部位，也可以几个部位同时发生，可分为急性和慢性两种。急性盆腔炎主要由病原体引起，临床表现可因炎症的轻重与范围大小而有不同。病人常有高热、寒战、食欲不振和下腹疼痛，也可位伴有消化系统、泌尿系统症状；慢性盆腔炎常为急性盆腔炎未能恰当彻底治疗，患者体质较差，病程迁延所致；也可无典型急性炎症史，当机体抵抗力较差时，表现急性发作。病人全身症状不明显，有时可有低热、下腹痛及腰痛；月经增多和白带增多；卵巢功能损害时可有月经失调；输卵管粘连阻塞时可致不孕。平时应做好四期卫生，积极治疗阴道炎、子宫颈炎，加强锻炼，增强体质。如有手术指征，应行手术治疗，慢性盆腔炎应以综合治疗为宜。</P>
<P> 一、急性盆腔炎</P>
<P> 1、抗生素：宜联合用药，最好根据细菌培养和药敏试验选用药物。</P>
<P> （1）青霉素g：每日240万一1000万单位，静脉滴注；病情好转后减至每日80万一160万单位，分次肌肉注射。</P>
<P> （2）红霉素：每日1-1．5g，静脉滴注，加用卡那霉素0。5g，每日2次，肌肉注射。</P>
<P> （3）庆大霉素：每日16万一32万单位，静脉滴注或分2-3次肌肉注射。</P>
<P> （4）林可霉素：每次0．3-0．6g，一日3次，肌肉注射。</P>
<P> （5）克林霉素：每次0．6g，静脉滴注，每6小时1次。体温降至正常后改为口服，每次0．3g，每6小时1次。</P>
<P> 2、给予充分营养及液体摄入，纠正电解质紊乱及酸碱平衡失调。</P>
<P> 二、慢性盆腔炎</P>
<P> 在使用抗生素的同时，可用α一糜蛋白酶5mg或透明质酸1500单位，肌肉注射，隔日1次，5一lo次为一疗程。也可抗生素与泼尼松同时应用，泼尼松5mg，每日口服3次，停药后应逐渐减量。<BR><BR></P> </P></SPAN>
