<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 精道不仅是精子得以“出征”的通道，也是精子成熟与获得活动能力的场所，一旦出现输精管堵塞，往往给男性造成难堪。输精管堵塞也是男性不育的常见因素，占男性不育症的5%-15%。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 导致输精管堵塞的原因，可能与遗传、放射线污染、化学污染、激素影响、病毒感染、环境污染等因素有关。近年来的研究还证实，囊性纤维化基因突变是导致输精管缺如或闭锁的主要原因。根本没有输精道或者闭锁，精子自然失去通行和生存的环境，不育也是自然而然的事。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 输精管附睾分离。这也是导致不育的原因之一。在胚胎期中肾管发育，引起其衍化物中的附睾和输精管发育不良，引起附睾与输精管不连接，附睾的功能不能发挥。假如精液根本没有果糖存在，还说明根本没有精囊存在，生育更是不可能的。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 附睾结核对输精道的影响同样是相当严重的。附睾结核很快会感染到输精管，使输精管增粗、变硬，并呈现串珠样改变，最终使附睾、输精管功能完全丧失。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 尿道是精液排出的通道，尿道一旦遭受炎症、外伤、器质性病变干扰，往往使尿道持续性痉挛缩窄，精液无法射出。严重狭窄，还会导致性功能障碍。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 对于部分患者，还有可能因为手术或创伤引起输精管堵塞之不育。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 输精管堵塞治疗主要以祛除病因为主。对于尿道狭窄引起的输精道堵塞一般轻易治疗，结核感染等因素引起的输精管阻塞不轻易恢复。对于先天性因素输精管堵塞畸形者，无满足的治疗方法。对于附睾管内有发育成熟的精子者，可通过微穿刺技术获取精子，使精子在体外获能后，在显微镜下注射进卵泡内或注射进卵子的透明带下，部分患者可获得成功。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 对于感染因素引起的输精管堵塞，可采用抗生素、中药进行治疗。中药治疗既可发挥抗生素的作用，也能通过治疗改善输精道堵塞部位的循环，促进输精管再通。</font></p>
