<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">●●在男性，许多遗传疾病可以导致不育。这些由遗传引起的疾病，大多没有治疗意义，为了避免服用一些没有必要服用的药物，造成经济上的浪费，应该及时确诊。该类疾病，一般都是从来没有生育史，而且存在着发育等方面的异常。在临床上,除了先天性睾丸发育不全综合征（Klinefelter氏综合征）可引起不育之外，还有如下几种遗传性疾病：</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">●●无睾症无法用药物治疗。本病染色体核型为正常的男性型，46XY，内外生殖器表现为男性，但没有男性所必须具备的睾丸，由于不能分泌正常的雄性激素，一直到青春期也没有性成熟的表现，男性第二性征为幼稚型，阴茎非常短小，结婚后常常阳痿，根本不可能不育。化验室检查性激素显示血中睾酮低，促性腺激素含量高。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">●●XX男性综合征。染色体核型异常，为46XX，内外生殖器为男性，至青春期呈现程度稍差的男性副性征，其他各方面表现及激素检查均类似于先天性睾丸发育不全综合征。这种情况治疗也不可能生育。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">●●家族型性腺功能低下伴女性化乳房征。本病又叫做Rosewater氏综合征,患者在青春期便出现乳房发育，类似无睾症体型，无明显男性副性征，性欲明显低下，阴茎及前列腺均小，睾丸发育接近正常，多数患者不能生育。睾丸活检可见曲细精管中生精细胞发育停滞，间质细胞数目减少，血浆睾酮含量降低，尿雌激素排出量增加，促性腺激素排出量减少。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">●●XYY综合征。本病不多见，在1961年由Sandberg首先报道,染色体核型为47，XYY，多一条Y染色体，新生儿男性发生率为0.1%～0.4%，其类型多样化，精液检查常常没有精子，但有时也可正常，甚至可使女方怀孕。患者体型高大，并有脓疱痤疮史，相当一部分具有心理怪癖，多数患者黄体生成激素（LH）和睾酮水平正常。血清促卵泡生成素（FSH）水平取决于生精上皮的功能状态。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">●●家族性嗅神经—性发育不全综合征。本病又叫做Kallmann氏综合征，患者主要表现为睾丸发育不全，性成熟障碍，青春期不出现第二性征，睾丸小，阴茎如幼童，同时伴有先天性嗅觉减退或缺失，还可出现其他先天性异常如隐睾、唇裂、腭裂、色盲、神经性耳聋、先天性肾异常等，其发病率仅次于先天性睾丸发育不全综合征。实验室检查可见血中促性腺激素LH和FSH均低下,睾酮含量明显低于正常，尿中17酮类固醇也减少，精液中无精子或无精液，垂体分泌的其他激素均正常。</font></p>
