<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 黄体功能不全是不孕症的主要因素，系指黄体发育不良和功能不全，孕激素分泌不足，为子宫内膜分泌不良伴有月经失调的综合征，该症在生育龄妇女中的自然发生率为5%，不孕症中的3.5%～10%，早期妊娠流产中35%，习惯性流产中为4%～60%。在女性不孕症中，黄体功能不全是很常见的不孕因素。目前常用的治疗方法比较多，常用方案有如下多种： </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">黄体酮增补疗法：这种方法用比较普遍，不论何种病因，凡查到黄体中期孕酮值低，内膜活体组织检查分泌相欠佳，或经临床观察确认为黄体功能不全者即可使用。方法：用黄体酮阴道栓25毫克，塞入阴道深部或直肠内，早晚各一次，由患者自用，于基础体温上升后2 天开始一直到月经来潮时止；黄体酮油剂每日肌肉注射10毫克，或隔日肌肉注射20毫克，基础体温上升后第2天起使用；合成孕激素：安宫黄体酮2毫克，每日3次，或每晚服5毫克，基础体温上升后2天起开始用药；已酸羟基孕酮：每周肌肉注射2次，每次125毫克，基础体温升高后第2天开始用药。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">黄体酮增补疗法：该法治疗不孕症的用药时间一般多主张在排卵后2－3天开始给药，即使是对习惯性早期流产，也应和治不孕症患者一样自排卵后2－3天即开始用药。至于停药时间，有些学者认为应在排卵后第14天停药，以防假孕。也有人主张用药至月经来潮时始停药。如果延期不见来潮可做早孕试验，当证实为妊娠时应继续给药至12孕周。至于用合成孕激素治疗，不论是注射法或口服法，都不能代替黄体酮。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)治疗：用于排卵前可以诱发排卵,用于排卵以后则可刺激黄体发育，支持黄体功能，增加孕酮合成，延长黄体寿命,增加怀孕机会。用法是于排卵后3－4天起开始,隔日肌肉注射HCG2000－3000单位，共3－4次；或排卵后3天起，每日肌肉注射1000单位，连续7－8日。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">克罗米芬治疗：应用克罗米芬诱发排卵曾发现有部分患者黄体功能欠佳。但有报道认为对自然排卵患者，尤其在用孕酮增补疗法无效时可于卵泡早期，即从月经周期第3天起每日服克罗米芬50毫克，需要连服5日，可提高妊娠率。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">溴隐亭治疗：黄体功能不良的不孕患者，伴有血清催乳素升高者可用溴隐亭治疗，服用剂量一般为每日1－2次，每次2.5毫克。<br />
