<p> 子宫肌瘤可以是单个发生，也可以是多发性的，就是说一个子宫上可以长几个、几十个，甚至是上百个肌瘤。同时肌瘤的大小不等，可以小到似小米粒，大到西瓜样。 很多女性朋友检查出来有子宫肌瘤时，大都百思不得其解：我怎么会长瘤子呢??接下来所关心的当然是如何治疗了，在选择治疗时又得担心了：手术后子宫肌瘤还会再复发吗?就这个问题我们询问了维多利亚女子医院子宫肌瘤诊疗中心的李主任。</p>
<p> 李主任说，子宫肌瘤可以是单个发生，也可以是多发性的，就是说一个子宫上可以长几个、几十个，甚至是上百个肌瘤。同时肌瘤的大小不等，可以小到似小米粒，大到西瓜样。而且这些瘤体也不都长在子宫表面，可在子宫的肌壁间或浆膜下，或粘膜下，有深有浅，因此手术时不一定都能看得见。看见的或大的肌瘤剔除了 ，但有些看不见的肌瘤就不可能取掉。这样，大的肌瘤剔除了，小的肌瘤或肉眼看不清楚的仍存在，过一段时间后小的肌瘤又长大了。所以肌瘤剔除后，还有可能出现疾病反复的现象，但不一定是原发肌瘤的部位。</p>
<p> 李主任还给我们介绍说，目前利用微创介入疗法可以避免因肉眼看不清而导致的复发，如从美国引进的BBT自凝刀微创治疗系统是采用高科技物理射频，(一种频率)100kHZ的高频电磁波)的生物热效应，通过“自凝刀”在B超技术的动态观察、引导下、将针状如毛衣针大的射频治疗源经阴道、宫颈等自然腔道直接、准确的介入到变病部位，对肌瘤细胞产生大于80℃的高温凝固，使肌瘤细胞死亡，同时使血管损伤和血液供应闭锁，破坏激素受体，激活免疫系统特别是吞噬系统，从而使瘤体缺氧、脱水、自行萎缩或脱落而消失。</p>
<p> 据临床证明：自凝刀微创术是一种具有不开刀、痛苦小、微创伤、恢复快、费用低、疗效好、不受肌瘤多少限制、可一次性同时治疗肌瘤和功血的新兴疗法。</p>
