<P>40％一50％的菌性尿道炎沙眼引起。为介于细菌与病毒之间的细胞内寄生微生物，直径250一500nm，用显微免疫荧光测定法已测知至少有15种血清型，其中8型（d、e、f、g、h、i、j、k）已证实与尿道炎有关。不耐热，在室温中迅速丧失传染性，50℃30分钟即可将其杀死。30％的菌性尿道炎由尿素分解所引起，尿素分解呈极微小的球杆状，直径仅为200nm </P>
<P><FONT color=#f70938 size=4>菌性尿道炎并发症</FONT></P>
<P>患者如果因症状不明显或无症状而不去检查治疗，任其发展，就会产生并发症。</P>
<P>1、男性患者的并发症</P>
<P>（1）附睾炎：由于长期得不到治疗,病原体可沿着输精管侵犯附睾,使附睾肿大、变硬，有触痛。严重时可发生阴囊水肿、输精管变粗等。</P>
<P>（2）前列腺炎如并发前列腺炎，肿大的前列腺能压迫尿道引起小便不畅(尿流变细、尿频、尿流中断等)，尿道、会阴有不适感和坠胀感。</P>
<P><FONT color=#f70997 size=4>菌性尿道炎常识</FONT></P>
<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"> 菌性尿道炎即排除了淋菌性的尿道炎</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>,</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">本病除称为菌性尿道炎外，还有非特异性尿道炎、非特异性生殖道感染等名称。本病是发病率较高的之一。在欧美，本病是超过的主要。据报道，在美国每年用于治疗本病医疗费达</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>20</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">亿美元，可见本病传播之广。本病在</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>80</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年代初，我国的发病率并不高，但是进入</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US>90</SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">年代后，发病率直线上升，目前，本病已经成为危害较广的。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US><?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 宋体; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"> 菌性尿道炎虽然症状较轻，但危害并不比轻。由于症状较轻，很多患者失去了治疗的最佳时期，从而使治疗非常困难，本病尤其在女性中症状极其轻微，而女性感染者由于症状轻微往往不予治疗，增加了本病传播的机会。本病除引起尿道炎外，在女性约一半以上的患者有合并症，如子宫内膜炎、输卵管炎、宫外孕、不育症和流产。</SPAN></P>
