<div> 急性乳腺炎（乳痈）的治疗应注意分期： <br />
</div>
<div> 1、早期乳腺炎的治疗，初起阶段主要表现为乳汁淤积，热毒内盛，其治疗原则为解毒清热、通乳消肿，内服药：汤药：可用瓜蒌牛蒡汤加减：瓜蒌、牛蒡子、天花粉、黄芩、陈皮、栀子、金银花、柴胡、连翘、穿山甲、王不留行、漏芦、气郁加橘叶、川子；发热明显加生石膏，重用黄芩，肿胀痛者加乳香、没药、赤勺。成药：我科研制的散结丹1号投入临床以来，疗效明显，服用方法：每次100粒，每日三次。外用药：金黄膏、玉露膏外敷或芒硝溶液散敷，或者选用乳腺治愈膏（郑州市第二中医院制）外贴，简单方便、有效，初起阶段注意保持乳汁排出通畅。 </div>

<div> 2、化脓期：成脓期的治疗有两个原则： 一是回乳：二是充分排脓。治疗：清热解毒，排毒透脓，方选散结丹1号或透脓散加减：当归、生黄、穿山甲、川、皂角刺、野菊花、蒲公英、地丁、黄芩、金银花、桔梗、生甘草、焦山楂、焦麦芽。 外科：呈放射状切开引流，以免伤及乳络、乳晕、乳头；乳房脓肿小而浅者，可用针管穿刺抽脓，外敷乳腺治愈膏（贴）或金黄散；亦可用火针引流，用一根较粗的金属针（4毫米）或三棱针，用火焰烧红，快速刺入脓肿处。然后迅速拔出。 溃后期：此期治疗以排脓提毒为法，汤药选用四妙汤加减：炙黄芩、当归、金银花、蒲公英、野菊花、炙甘草。局部切排脓后用八二丹或九一丹提脓排毒，并用药线引流，若脓出已净，可改用生肌散收口，并用红油膏纱布外敷；如有袋脓现象，则可用垫棉法治疗，使脓液不致潴留；如果形成乳房部窦道，则可用五五丹药捻插入窦道，以腐蚀管壁，待脓液消失后，予生肌散促进窦道愈合。 </div>
