盆腔是女性内生殖器的聚集处，极易受到病菌感染引起盆腔炎。盆腔炎是子宫、卵巢、输卵管及其周围结缔组织炎症的统称，常见症状为阴道分泌物增多、下腹疼痛、尿频尿急、畏寒发热等。盆腔炎分为急性和慢性，慢性盆腔炎的危害更大。女性一旦有了性生活，感染机会将大增，更易患上盆腔炎。 </P>
<P> 清洁要适度 </P>
<P> 接触了带有病菌的物品，或者平时不注意清洁，都有可能导致盆腔炎。不过太爱干净也不行。有些女性经常自行冲洗阴道，或是喜欢长时间的盆浴，反而给病菌以可乘之机。正常情况下，分泌物使阴道具有自净和防御功能，而过度冲洗改变了阴道酸碱度，反而给病菌繁殖提供了方便。 </P>
<P> 别自行用药 </P>
<P> 还有一点应注意，患上盆腔炎不要陷入妇科感染性疾病的治疗误区。不要认为过去是“这个药吃好的”，于是就自行其事购药。事实上，药不对症不但无益病情，反而会贻误治疗时机，把小病拖成大病；或者控制了表面症状，真实的病情却被掩盖了。目前，微波在盆腔炎治疗上优点越来越突出，微波产生的热效应具有效率高，穿透力强的特点，这是红外，短波，超短波的致热所无法比拟的，当微波作用于盆腔组织时，能引起组织细胞中离子、水分子和偶极子的高频震荡。微波能量低时产热低，能增强盆腔局部的血液循环，加强局部代谢，这样就促使水肿吸收，消炎止痛。当微波能量高的时候，可使盆腔局部病变组织的蛋白质变性、凝固、坏死。 </P>
<P> 治疗贵在坚持 </P>
<P> 总之患了盆腔炎最好的办法是立即上医院找专业医生，早治早好。另外必需医患密切配合,首先患者要选择正规医院、选择专业医师为其精心施治，专业医师会对于不同年龄、不同症状的患者采取不同的治疗方法，而且要及时调整治疗方案。对于患者，在治疗时，要做到心胸豁达，要重视疾病，重视治疗，但不要精神过于紧张。在病情缓解的情况下一定不可以松懈，要遵照医生的方案进行治疗，千万不可半途而废，不但贻误了最佳的治疗时机，也给将来可能所产生的严重后果埋下了伏笔。 </P>
