&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 排卵障碍，又称为不排卵，是女性不孕症的主要原因之一，约占25%～30%。排卵障碍除引起不孕外，还可导致月经失调、闭经、多毛、肥胖等症状。另外，如果长期不排卵，性激素代谢紊乱，子宫内膜过度增生而无周期性孕激素的对抗作用，易发生子宫内膜癌及乳腺癌。所以对排卵障碍者应给予足够的重视，进行积极的检查和治疗。</p>
<p>　　因为卵泡发育及排卵是由下丘脑—垂体—卵巢性腺轴调控的，所以性腺轴的任何一个部位异常都可引起排卵障碍。那么，排卵障碍如何诊断呢?</p>
<p>　　一、基础体温(BBT)</p>
<p>　　无排卵BBT为单相，有排卵为双相。一般BBT多在排卵后2～3天上升，少数在排卵日上升，升高幅度%26gt;0.3度。BBT监测排卵方法简单、经济，但预测排卵不准确，误差最多有4天。再者仅80%～90%排卵者BBT为双相，另有10%～20%的排卵正常者BBT为单相;也有个别BBT为双相的却无排卵。</p>
<p>　　二、阴道脱落细胞：</p>
<p>　　阴道上1/3的上皮细胞对性激素变化敏感，在月经周期中也有周期性变化。如果月经后半期检测阴道脱落细胞仍无周期性变化，表示无排卵。该方法操作繁琐，准确性差，目前应用很少。</p>
