<p> 专家介绍，宫颈癌早期治疗后5年生存率接近100％，而晚期治疗后病人的5年生存率只有20％到50％。因此早筛查，发现宫颈的癌前病变，对它进行治疗后，可以减少癌症的发生。和很多癌症一样，早期的子宫颈癌和癌前病变没有症状，所以要做定期检查。 专家：早期宫颈癌及早治5年生存率达100％</p>
<p> 27岁的女孩正如绽放的鲜花。但一个叫谭红英的女孩正被宫颈癌折磨着。谭红英家有重病老父，还要供弟弟上学。在广州打工的8年时间里，她节衣缩食，把挣的钱大 部分寄回家。去年6月，弟弟大学毕业了，她还没来得及舒上一口气，就在一个月前被查出了宫颈癌晚期。专家提醒，现在早期宫颈癌的治愈率较高，及早检查治疗可避免病情恶化。</p>
<p> 不舍得花钱 病情一拖几年</p>
<p> 据了解，谭红英几年前在一个小服装店上班。“当时看见她，一副柔弱的样子。”店主郭女士说。营业员需要长时间的站立，考虑到她的身体不好，郭女士允许她可以坐着上班，但她没有坐过一次。“她不愿意被特殊照顾。她长期贫血，站久了就会晕倒。”郭女士说，这种情况在一年多里发生过好几次，郭女士让她去医院检查，每一次都被她拒绝了，直到今年年初，谭红英昏倒次数更加频繁，同时伴有下体大量出血，郭女士逼着谭红英去大医院做检查。“医生一张口就说是癌，我当时就懵了。”谭红英这时才住进了医院。而谭红英父亲身患胃炎和肾功能衰竭也已数年。“每次姐姐寄钱回家，爸爸还能治一下病。”弟弟谭富强说，自从谭红英住院，父亲就已经停止了治疗，现在家人四处筹集的十多万元已经用完。</p>
<p> 早期宫颈癌治疗效果好</p>
<p> 刚到院时她的血色素只有4克多，已经是重度贫血，下体还流血不止，我们分几次给她输了共600毫升的血，现在症状得到了缓解。“在疾病早期如果能及时治疗就好了，宫颈癌早期的治疗效果比较好。”廖医生表示，“对于晚期患者，一切治疗都是为了延续她的生命，一旦停止治疗，就意味着生命的终结。”专家介绍，宫颈癌早期治疗后5年生存率接近100％，而晚期治疗后病人的5年生存率只有20％到50％。因此早筛查，发现宫颈的癌前病变，对它进行治疗后，可以减少癌症的发生。和很多癌症一样，早期的子宫颈癌和癌前病变没有症状，所以要做定期检查。</p>
<p> 据了解，对于有经济能力，或是有症状到医院就诊的患者，应该同时进行TCT和HPV。DNA（人乳头状瘤病毒）检查这两项检查，而宫颈“糜烂”和宫颈癌之间并没有直接的关系。不必担忧发展成癌变，宫颈癌主要是病毒引起的，而不是炎症引起的。<br />
