<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 腹腔镜技术是一门全新的技术。无论治疗效果或是操作技术，都是对传统开刀的全面升级，对医生的要求更高，与现代高科技联系更紧密。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">一、“打眼”手术能彻底吗？ <br />
部分病人存在顾虑，认为“打眼”手术不如开腹手术更直观，更可靠，其实不然。腹腔镜手术是通过改进手术操作方法及手术器械，手术视野更清晰，手术操作更细致，可以彻底切除肿物。目前，美国、新加坡等国已经立法，如医生不能首先采用“打眼”手术，给病人增加了痛苦，则被视为违法。 </font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">二、肥胖病人能实施腹腔镜手术治疗妇科疾病吗？ <br />
肥胖病人更适宜腹腔镜手术治疗。肥胖病人实行开腹手术，由于切口大而深，皮下脂肪易液化，故容易引起术后口感染，切口疝等。另外，肥胖病人呼吸功能明显低于体重正常者，术后肺感染、肺不张等并发症也明显高于体重正常者。如果行腹腔镜手术，肥胖病人和体重正常者在伤口大小、手术时间长短、对肌体损伤及术后并发症的发生率上两者无差别。腹腔镜手术切口感染、肺部感染等并发症的发生率低于开腹手术。因此，肥胖患者更适合行腹腔镜手术。 </font></p>

三、大的盆腔肿物（如子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿等）怎样从小口中取出？ <br />
有的患者问：妇科的大肿物，如子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿等怎样从腹壁小口中取出呢？如果视异位妊娠，切除输卵管，切除物从小口中可以方便地直接取出。如果视卵巢囊性肿物，可以先用细长的穿刺针，将囊内液体吸出，使肿物缩小，从腹壁小口中取出。如果是较大的实性肿物，如子宫肌瘤等，可以先用专用器械将肿物切割成条状，然后从腹壁小切口取出。以上所取标本都需事先放入标本袋中从腹壁小口取出。也可以将整个肿物从阴道中取出。切除大的肿物，腹壁没有大的瘢痕，只有3—4个小口（0.5~1cm），愈合后完全看不出有手术痕迹。</p>
<p>四、腹腔镜能治疗盆腔炎和盆腔脓肿吗？ <br />
能。多数经开腹治疗盆腔炎的手术探查都认为炎性组织水肿，组织脆性增加，手术是容易撕裂，组织充血，毛细血管极易出血，止血不理想，因此，术中常需要输血。术后因存在感染扩散和切口感染等使抗生素的用量较大。而腹腔镜的微创损伤小，没有输血的必要，术后用药也减少，是一种损伤小、有诊断兼治疗作用的好方法，可以用于盆腔炎和盆腔包块的诊断和治疗。 </p>
<p>五、腹腔镜手术费用高吗？ <br />
腹腔镜技术是一门全新的技术。无论治疗效果或是操作技术，都是对传统开刀的全面升级，对医生的要求更高，与现代高科技联系更紧密。腹腔镜及其相关设备的投资达100万元以上，远高于同类传统手术所需器械，因此，单就腹腔镜手术费来说，确实比相应的传统开刀要略微高一点。但是，腹腔镜手术创伤小，恢复快，痛苦少，无论是近期切口并发症还是远期腹腔粘连，都比传统的开刀要大为减少，住院时间缩短至3-4天，住院费用也大幅减少，病人的实际费用并不比传统开刀手术高，所得的好处是显而易见的。</font></p>
