<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 宫腔镜治疗黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜息肉，复发率低、创伤小、术后妊娠率高（有以上两种因素引起的不孕）。宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜炎、内膜结核、宫腔粘连、子宫内膜反应不良等是其它检查方法不能代替的，且检查同时可取活检，提高诊断率，针对不同病因采用不同治疗方法，增加受孕率。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">不孕症为婚后有正常性生活、未避孕、同居２年而未曾妊娠者。根据以往有无妊娠，不孕症分为原发不孕与继发不孕；不孕症又分为女性不孕与男性不孕。女性不孕约占６０％。女性不孕的原因有不排卵、输卵管因素、子宫因素、宫颈因素、阴道因素及免疫因素。而其中子宫因素、输卵管因素占很大比例。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">子宫腔内病变如黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜炎、内膜结核、内膜息肉、宫腔粘连或子宫内膜反应不良等都可影响受精卵着床，有的虽妊娠但孕后流产。宫腔内病变以黏膜下肌瘤、内膜息肉多见，过去治疗黏膜下肌瘤多用卵圆钳钳夹，但由于蒂部存在肌瘤易复发；子宫内膜息肉多采用刮宫治疗，但复发率高。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">宫腔镜治疗黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜息肉，复发率低、创伤小、术后妊娠率高（有以上两种因素引起的不孕）。宫腔镜诊断子宫内膜炎、内膜结核、宫腔粘连、子宫内膜反应不良等是其它检查方法不能代替的，且检查同时可取活检，提高诊断率，针对不同病因采用不同治疗方法，增加受孕率。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">随着流产人数的增多，继发性不孕的病人越来越多，而继发性不孕最常见的原因是输卵管病变，其中近端输卵管阻塞占２５％—３０％，过去治疗输卵管梗阻多用宫腔内抗菌素保留灌注，中药或西药灌肠，口服消炎药等治疗，但效果甚微。宫腔镜引导下输卵管插管疏通既是诊断又是治疗，优于输卵管碘油造影。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">一般应用一硬质空心塑料导管，经宫腔镜的操作孔道，将尖端插入输卵管开口后，导管进入１—１·５厘米，用稀释的美蓝液加压向内推进，疏通间质部阻塞，根据注水的压力、速度、有无液体外溢及停注后有无回流等，判断输卵管通畅度。如腹腔内有粘连可同时联合腹腔镜检查，根据输卵管伞端美蓝排出情况判断输卵管那段梗阻。宫腔镜下插管疏通输卵管可以使一些仅有近端阻塞的不孕妇女尽快通畅，免除了多次宫腔灌注之苦。<br />
