<DIV class=wenz-text id=zoom>妇科门诊常常碰到很多患者，症见下腹痛、腰痛、白带多，被诊断为盆腔炎。病人常常感到不解，我怎么会得盆腔炎呢？ <BR> <BR> 其实，盆腔炎感染中，房事不洁是重要的致病因。由于一些性伴侣在房事之前兴致高涨，忽略了局部卫生，没有清洗便匆匆上阵。在房事之后，也没有及时排尿或清洗，导致一些致病菌感染给对方，对女方容易上行感染之盆腔，引起盆腔炎。而实际上有很多生殖系统的疾病如龟头炎、前列腺炎等，都可以通过不洁房事传给对方，使对方发病，严重影响性生活质量。 <BR> <BR> 所以，在日常房事中，须注重以下几点： <BR> <BR> 手的卫生 <BR> 由于我们的手哪儿都摸，病菌很可能会沾在手上，在房事时如果不洗手，病菌很可能通过手感染到生殖系统。 <BR> <BR> 生殖器的清洗 <BR> 在房事中，除了要重视女性生殖器的清洁卫生外，男性生殖器的清洗也不容忽略。由于男方的包皮部位容易藏脏东西，所以房事之前，男方可以用一些比较温和的香皂，将包皮翻起来彻底清洗。 <BR> <BR> 有不适快就医 <BR> 生殖系统疾病发病后，大多数人都会有不同的症状，比如一些阴道炎会造成外生殖器奇痒不适、白带多、豆渣样或泡沫状白带等症状，会有脓性白带及尿频、尿急、尿痛等症状，会在生殖器上长赘生物，会有皮疹出现等，如果有这些不适，都应尽早到正规医院治疗，如果延迟治疗或治疗不当，将会促使病情发展，导致盆腔感染、输卵管堵塞、不育不孕及宫颈病变，严重者发展为宫颈癌。 <BR> <BR> 重视妇科体检 <BR> 有些疾病一般在初期没有明显症状，比如，50％的菌性尿道炎（、感染）没有症状，人乳头瘤状病毒感染宫颈也没有很明显的症状，艾滋病感染者在潜伏期也没有明显症状，但都存在传染性，并继续发展危害健康及夫妻性生活。最好的办法是女性至少一年要做一次妇科检查，尤其是宫颈细胞抹片，不仅可以发现癌前病变，也可以发现感染情况。 </DIV>
