<p> 闭经是月经稀少的一种极度形式，分为原发性闭经和继发性闭经。原发性闭经是指年满18周岁，而无月经来潮者；继发性闭经是指曾有规则的月经，而停止6个月未来潮者。育龄妇女如果闭经将造成继发性不孕或终身不孕。</p>
<p> 因为正常月经来潮是依赖丘脑下部——脑垂体——卵巢功能的协调和子宫内膜对性激素的周期性反应。因妇女的丘脑下部能分泌促性腺激素的释放激素，促使脑垂体分泌促卵泡成熟激素与黄体生成激素。在这两种激素协同作用下，使卵巢分泌雌激素、孕激素，然后排卵。雌激素与孕激素作用于子宫内膜，并使其发生周期性变化而产生月经，上述任何一个环节出现问题，都可造成闭经，不能排卵引起不孕。</p>
<p> 一个闭经患者，一定不能以简单的用药，使月经来潮就没事为止。而必须确知闭经发生在哪一个环节，以便对症治疗。一定要了解发病前的各种诱因，如精神因素、环境改变、曾服过哪些药物、全身健康情况、家庭病史以及过去生育史等详细情况。一般常见闭经有以下几种：</p>
<p>1、子宫发育异常，即因子宫发育异常而出现先天性无子宫或子宫未发育，或子宫无内膜，也就不会出现月经而闭经。<br />
2、阴道及处女膜发育异常。常见的有先天性无阴道、阴道横隔和处女膜闭锁，而造成无月经或经血流出道不通而闭经。 <br />
3、先天性卵巢缺乏或发育不全或早衰，女性激素就失去了来源而闭经。<br />
4、下丘脑性闭经。这是一种常见的闭经，病因十分复杂，可以是中枢神经系统有病变，也可能是精神因素、环境改变、全身疾病及药物影响而闭经。</p>
<p>5、垂体性闭经。主要致病部位在脑垂体，或垂体有损伤，或术后大出血，而引起闭经。</p>
<p> 此外，还有一些慢性疾病或营养不良也可引起闭经，如结核病、肿瘤、甲亢等疾病。因此，如果出现了闭经，应及早到医院请专科医生认真、仔细、科学诊断治疗。</p>
