<font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 早泄是射精障碍的一种类型，是男性性功能障碍的常见病之一。一般是指出现过早的射精反射，但目前还没有一个完整确切的定义，因此早泄的标准也各不相同。<br />
Masters和Tohnson的观点：性交时男性不能控制足够长的时间以后射精，致使性功能正常的女性至少50%的正常性交中得不到满足。<br />
Kaplan认为：应以能否略能控制射精为标准。<br />
Lopiccolo认为：有能力在插入后维持5min以上或夫妇双方都同意他们的性交美感不用延缓射精得努力而有所影响，就属正常。<br />
顺阶平认为：壮年健康成人，在性交2-6min时射精或更短时间内射精的属正常。阴茎勃起未进入阴道即发生射精应为早泄，可进入阴道进行性交者，究竟时间多长为早泄，则甚难肯定。<br />
早泄病因：<br />
1、精神行为性的：包括与伴侣、环境、手淫、精神、行为等有关的焦虑、紧张、恐惧、自卑、胆怯等，这些精神因素往往可影响高级性神经中枢兴奋与抑制，造成不能随意射精功能。至于尿道炎和前列腺炎引起早泄的说法，早已被人否定了。多年来早泄一直被认为是无法医治的，七十年代起人们开始使用精神分析、性感集中疗法、阴茎挤压、药物和其它方法综合治疗。由此早泄一举而跃为最易医治的男性性功能障碍，经短期治疗就明显好转。<br />
2、婚前性行为或境遇性行为：一般是在充满恐惧气氛下进行，多次快速方式完成射精活动或有施暴意识，动作过于强烈或心理过于激动，易于兴奋射精。日后则形成手淫一样的过早射精的时间概念和习惯，加之心理影响，在正常性交时多不能随意控制射精而早泄。<br />
3、早泄的器质性原因较少见，常见的有：神经病变，脊髓肿瘤，癫痫状态或脑血管意外造成性反射中枢的兴奋抑制失调。</font>
