                        >　　男人面临的诸多困扰之一是男性不育症。据统计已婚夫妇中不育者占15%，其中男方原因的约占50%。国外科学家研究发现，近50年来，男性睾丸的精子密度下降了约50%。</P>
<P>　　引起男性不育症的原因很多，如先天发育异常、细胞遗传传染色体异常、下丘脑—垂体—性腺功能紊乱、内分泌功能失调、性机能障碍及生殖道感染，乃至心理因素等。但就目前临床资料来看，生殖道感染是最常见的因素之一。</P>
<P>　　男性生殖道感染常引起睾丸炎、附睾炎、前列腺炎、精囊炎、尿道炎等。引起生殖道感染的病原体有淋球菌、结核杆菌、病毒、、沙眼、滴虫及其他非特异性致病菌，其中以和引起的生殖道感染最为常见。生殖道感染可影响精子的生成、精子活力和精子运输，造成少精症而致男子生育能力降低。生殖系结核可使精子发生抑制和运输受阻等，甚者可因睾丸炎症引起睾丸萎缩。生殖道感染还可因导致输精管道梗阻而造成无精子症。</P>
<P>　　生殖道感染还可引起精液的液化时间改变，任何原因导致的前列腺分泌功能障碍，均可使精液中缺乏精液液化因子，从而发生精液不液化症。精液不液化可使精子在黏稠状的液体中无法自由游动，常为不育症的直接原因。</P>
<P>　　近年来，发病率逐年上升，这不仅使男性生殖道感染高危人群迅速扩大，也对女性的健康造成极大的危害。预防和治疗生殖道的感染是降低男性不育症发病率的重要对策。首先要注意预防家庭内交叉感染，如为女孩子准备全套清洗用品，包括脸盒、毛巾等。如果家人患有生殖道感染，应及时到正规医院诊治，合理用药进行正规治疗，提倡早诊断、早治疗和规范化治疗。</P>
<P>　　经常旅游、出差和长期居住公共宿舍或出租房屋的人群要养成良好的卫生习惯，杜绝传染源，减少传染机会。要加强社会公德教育，患生殖道感染性疾病要自觉不进入游泳池。病人切不可盲目自行用药或找游医，要到正规医院就诊，接受系统治疗，如此方可减少或避免生殖道感染的危害及不育症的发生。
