<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 排卵是生育的最基本要求，不排卵就没有卵子去和精子结合，怎么能谈得上受孕。排卵是卵巢的主要任务，因此，排卵障碍必然导致不孕。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> 要知道是否发生了排卵障碍，应依次序地逐项检查，才能得出结论：</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (1)首先应回忆自己的月经是否正常，有无不规则或闭经的情况。过去有无慢性疾病，如结核、贫血和消化吸收不良等，是否动过手术，以往性发育的情况和有无职业性的有毒物质影响等，以使初步推测有无可能影响排卵的病变。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (2)根据体形、体态、毛发、嗓音、乳房发育等第二性征的情况，及颈部、四肢有无畸形等现象，结合上述回忆可以初步推断排卵障碍的原因，如身材矮小、第二性征发育不良，且从未来过月经就可能是卵巢发育不良。身材高大、第二性征发育不良则可能是中枢神经引起的性功能不正常。全身毛发增多，可能是卵巢或肾上腺分泌雄激素太多。乳头内有乳汁排出可能是血中催乳激素太多。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (3)由妇科医生检查生殖器的发育情况和卵巢有无增大。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (4)通过测量基础体温、检查宫颈粘液、子宫内膜活组织检查和激素测定，以间接推测有无排卵。</font></p>
<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000"> (5)最后需依靠一系列的内分泌功能试验和X线造影、染色体分析和腹腔镜检查，才能大致确定属于何种原因引起的排卵障碍。</font></p>
