<div> 你好，我是多囊卵巢综合症患，以前有过受孕使，但很不幸，小孩没有了，做了刮宫术后，输卵管有轻微积水，做过电视通液后，恢复正常，上月开始吃克罗米芬促排卵没有成功受孕，我这个周期的月经是2.17来的，月经第五天开始吃来曲唑片，补佳乐，后发现左卵巢有一卵泡发育，月经的第16天，17天都去做了阴道B超，检查出内膜厚8mm，卵泡大小约2.7，但一直排不出来，不知是什么原因，请医生帮我诊断一下。万分感谢<br />

<div> 您好，请问当时是自然流产吗？多囊卵巢综合征是难孕症，并非绝对不孕，偶尔可能有正常排卵而怀孕，所以您当时有过受孕的，但相对来说原发不孕占多数，占70%以上。且多囊卵巢综合征本身也多并发子宫纵隔，宫腔息肉等宫内疾病，若存在宫内疾病不治疗则怀孕后也可因宫腔环境不好而致自然流产。多囊卵巢综合征用药将使卵泡成熟后也多并不能排卵的，因卵巢包膜过厚所致，而过度使用促排卵也易致卵巢过度刺激征，更有些可出现卵巢早衰。输卵管积水是不能用通液来治疗的，通液治疗反而可能加重积水，有些通过适当消炎治疗后积水可能减少但炎症未彻底去除积水可反复出现的，建议您现在最好做宫腹腔镜联合手术治疗，同时治疗输卵管积水，多囊卵巢综合征，若有宫腔内疾病如子宫纵隔等也可一并治疗，术后再尽早怀孕，我院针对积水术后采用翻袖缝合法可有效防止再次出现积水。</div>
