<p><font face="Arial" color="#000000">导管内乳头状瘤是发生于导管上皮的良性乳头状瘤。根据病灶的多少或发生的部位，可分为大导管内乳头状瘤，发生于输乳管壶部内和多发性导管内乳头状瘤，多发生在中、小导管内。本病以经产后妇女多见，尤以40--50岁者多发，本病的发生是雌激素过度的刺激导致。</font></p>
<font face="Arial" color="#000000">
<p><br />
导管内乳头状瘤以乳头溢液为主要的临床表现。本病病灶不同，表现症状各一。</p>
<p><br />
1、单发性大导管内乳头状瘤可在乳晕下或乳晕边缘部位能及到长约1cm的索状肿块，或扪及枣核大小的结节，由于肿瘤所在的导管内积血积液，按压肿块即有血样、奶样或咖啡样分泌物从乳头溢出，但溢液口固定。本病常为间歇性自发溢液，或挤压、碰撞后溢液。多数患者发现在内衣上留下棕黄色的污迹就诊发现的。溢液排出，瘤体变小，疼痛不明显，偶而有压痛、隐痛，该证恶变少见。</p>
<p> 2、多发性中、小导管内乳头状瘤源于未梢导管，位于周边区，是由于中、小导管内的腺上皮增生而形成。多在患侧外上象限有多个结节、颗粒成串珠状，边界不清，质地不均，部分有溢液症状，也有部分无溢液者，溢液呈血样、黄水样、咖啡样。本病恶变可达5～10％，被称之为“癌前期病变”，必须予以高度重视。</p>

导内乳头状瘤临床上常与囊性增生病、导管扩张综合征、浸润性导管癌、导管内乳头状癌相混淆，要综合分析，仔细辨证而确定。</p>
<p><br />
导管内乳头状瘤，中医称之为“乳衄”，是由于忧思过度，肝脾两伤，肝气郁结，气滞血瘀，瘀血阻络到局部肿块。肝气郁久化热，热久化火，肝火亢盛，肝不藏血，脾气受损，脾不统血，血失统藏，迫血妄行而导致。</font></p>
