<td style="line-height:25px; font-size:12px; padding-left: 8px; padding-right: 8px"><P>初中生张明（化名）从小学习成绩就不理想，几乎没及格过。自卑的他在一次单元测验中居然及格了，他露出了难得的笑容。但他不知道，自己做的卷子原来是班主任老师为他度身定做的，目的是帮他找回自信。这样的“及格激励”创意，来自于一位“80后”的年轻教师。可是，如今却有越来越多的家长对“80后”青年任课教师和班主任不放心。 </P>
<P>质疑：他们自己还有很多问题“如果可以选择，我会让孩子进老教师带的班级。”上海市民彭先生是一位初一女生的家长，平时工作繁忙，很少有时间关心孩子的学业。在他的心中，老教师有经验、有耐心、好沟通、责任心强，而“80后”小老师一般都是独生子女，从小受宠爱，以个人为中心。“他们自己还有不少没解决的问题，现在要他们大转型关心、呵护学生，并不容易。”</P>
<P>如今，中小学中与彭先生有类似想法的家长不在少数。卢湾区教师进修学院附属中山学校副校长徐群力告诉记者，在该校初中低年级，“80后”青年班主任占到班主任总数的5/6。他们在工作中确实暴露出很多问题，比如碰到突发事件应变力不足；办公桌乱七八糟，却要指导学生打扫卫生等。</P>
<P>困惑：年轻是把“双刃剑”</P>
<P>面对家长的质疑，“80后”教师自己也有着困惑，其中最大的就是到底该建立怎样的师生关系？一位中学校长认为，“80后”教师的优势在于他们年轻。“90后”的学生好奇心强、知识面广，表现出极强的学习能力、思辨能力和表达能力，许多年龄较大的老师已经不能满足他们的求知欲了，而“80后”教师与学生年龄差距不大，思维活跃，对潮流有一定的敏感力和较好的接受能力，双方容易合拍。”</P>
<P>但老师放下架子，可能导致一些学生过于放纵。记者昨天登陆百度帖吧发现，不少学校吧里有孩子们对“小老师”留下的“评语”，挖苦的、讽刺的、嘲笑的应有尽有。在个别“90后”学生的眼里，这些只比自己大十来岁的“小老师”还太嫩。</P>
<P>“现在学生的维权意识很强，‘80后’老师怎样拿捏与学生的关系，做到既在感情上亲近，又不失教师的威严，还需要不断摸索。”徐群力说。</P>
<P>解决：以老带新培养年轻“老师”</P>
<P>为了让“80后”年轻教师逐渐成熟起来，一些学校做了各种尝试。在卢湾区教师进修学院附属中山学校，成立了“沈霞萍班主任工作室”。</P>
<P>在工作室里，德育高级教师沈霞萍老师会对学员们进行问题式“会诊”，通过对相关班级进行跟踪调研，通过问卷、访谈和暗访来排摸问题症结，最后“开药方”。沈霞萍一天内会到工作室学员所在班级巡视一次，一周内和工作室学员一对一座谈一次，一个月内对工作室学员所在的班级暗访一次并进行单独反馈，一个学期内对工作室学员及班级的情况做一次全方位评估。从这里已经走出了近10名这样的“80后”班主任，带出了5个学校优胜班、1个示范班。<BR></P></td>
