<P> 目前我国接受高等职业教育的学生与普通本科在校大学生数量基本相同，但是长期以来，想去高等职业院校学习的学生也要参加全国统一高考，与高等职业教育特点不相适应。教育部决定今年在毛入学率超过50%的北京、天津和上海三地进行高职自主招生改革试点。
<P> 北京和上海共有九所学校参加试点，试<!--ADV_CONTENT-->点学校将自主进行入学测试，自主确定入学标准，自主实施招生录取。北京三所学校计划自主招生630人，上海6所院校自主招生3400人。
<P> 北京市要求，考生每人只能报考一所自主招生高职院校，没有被录取的考生，可继续参加当年的高考，被录取的考生当年不能再参加高考。
