  五、学位论文</b><br>
<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 硕士生做学位论文的过程是研究生培养中的一个重要环节，论文工作的目的是使硕士生在科学研究方面受到较系统、全面的基本训练，从而培养其从事科学研究或独立承担专门技术工作的能力。第三学期为论文准备阶段，第四学期进入论文实施阶段，鼓励学生参与导师承担的科研项目，选题时既要注重学位论文的理论意义，同时也要注重其应用的价值，论文要有新的见解。第五学期完成，第六学期论文成文、印刷、答辩。<br>

第三学期结束前做好以下工作：<br> 
（1）	阅读文献进行开题论证。<br>       
（2）	做开题报告。<br>       
<br> 
第四学期：<br> 
（1）	论文工作的调研。<br>       
（2）	参加必要的学术交流。<br>       
（3）	根据安排做好论文阶段成果汇报。<br>       
（4）	协助导师指导本科生论文。<br>   
&nbsp;<br>     
第五学期：<br> 
（1）	完成论文工作的全部论证及计算。<br>       
（2）	写出论文草稿和摘要。<br>   
&nbsp;<br>     
第六学期：<br> 
（1）	提交论文正式稿。<br>       
（2）	准备并完成论文答辩。<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 论文必须是硕士生在导师和系、室指导下独立完成，硕士论文的答辩工作基本上在每年4~5月份进行，由硕士生本人首先向导师提出申请，经教研室和系部商讨同意后，经导师建议，由硕士生填写研究生学位论文申请表，报研究生部批准，并根据《中华人民共和国学位条例实施办法》和《南京气象学院硕士学位授予工作细则》进行评审答辩，由二位专家进行认真评阅，其中一人必须是外单位专家。由5~7位具有副高级以上职称的专家组成答辩委员会进行论文答辩，符合条件者由院学位委员会授予硕士学位。<br>
