		<span lang="EN-US"><font size="2">2</font></span><span style="font-family: 宋体"><font size="2">、对卡中黑框内内容，须填写完整，特别是卡中一些重要的信息，如学生姓名、出生年月一定要填写准确，户口簿地址、家庭住址将作为小学和中学毕业后升学的依据，一定要填写真实具体。</font></span></p>

		<font size="2">根据《关于印发〈广东省义务教育阶段学生编班管理暂行办法〉的通知》（粤教基〔<span lang="EN-US">2007</span>〕<span lang="EN-US">63</span>号）以及《关于印发〈广东省义务教育阶段学生学籍管理暂行办法的通知〉》（粤教基〔<span lang="EN-US">2007</span>〕<span lang="EN-US">66</span>号）文件精神，为加强义务教育阶段学生的学籍管理工作，切合我县实际情况，逐步推行学生学籍电子化管理，建立我县学生学籍管理数据库，规范我县学校编班、学籍管理，现将我县学生学籍基础数据采集表（见附件中的“模板文件</font><span lang="EN-US"><font size="2">.xls</font></span></span><span lang="EN-US" style="line-height: 125%"><font size="2">”</font></span><span style="line-height:125%;font-family:仿宋_GB2312"><font size="2">）发给各校，请各校尽快组织人力，认真完成本学年度学籍数据的填报工作。</font></span></p>

		<font size="2">学生学籍数据所采集的项目基本上与省“中小学基础数据库”项目相同，大大减少信息录入的工作量，但各校在上报时应确保数据准确，不得敷衍了事。学生姓名、身份证号一旦导入学籍管理数据库，不能直接自行修改。在校生不能再进行增加、删除，今后所有的学生转学、入学、编班等手续，均通过网络对数据库进行操作。</font></span></p>
