often becomes a problem of attended with the resource investment of the number of men, equipment, 
the technology, and the capital. Especially, it is thought by these that the function of the 
adaptation to environment of making the entire enterprise adjust to a change in the technology, 
good, a recession by business fluctuations, and competing trader's strategy and environmental 
changes such as changes in the customer desire is important. However, because an environmental 
change is a problem of essentially related in the future, the uncertainty is always attended.
