rebuild-dom-db \- recreate an IP address to hostname DB file

.B rebuild-dom-db
dominfo.db < subdomains.cfg
.SH DESCRIPTION
.B rebuild-dom-db
recreates a DB file compatible with that produced by
.B getdominfo
from the (ASCII) output of
.BR convert-dom-db .
It is mostly useful for disaster recovery.  Since the output of
.B convert-dom-db
does not include negative cache entries, they will also not be present
in the reconstructed DB file.
