The setup program is called FullSetup.exe or EvalSetup.exe 
depending on which distribution you have.

The setup program creates a directory off your Delphi root 
directory and puts the library files in there. The setup 
program does not copy the Examples or OpcFoundation directories 
to the the target machine. You can do that yourself, if you 
want.

Once you have installed the toolkit, refer to the document
($DELPHI)\prOpcKit\prOpcKit.doc for information on how to
use it.

You can use the setup program later to uninstall the toolkit.
