hex editor for editing all files

hview is a curses based hex editor, is supports "screen" mode only. 

What this means is that when you modify anything, it will be lost if
the current screen scrolls to the top or bottom unless you write the
change out.  

hview was designed specifically with the goal of editing large (600meg+) 
files as quickly, and with as little overhead, as possible.  So when ever I need 
a to update the screen (like when it scrolls or a page up/down it hit)
I have the program re-read the file and update the display.

One other "problem" that I plan to fix soon is that you can enter data past
the eof marker but when it saves out the block this is all lost.  

Future mods:

input past eof

search for hex/text values

the ability to insert data

some limited scrolling ability
